Simply Swank Salon And Spa

Yesterday was my second time to visit this lovely hair salon. I've seen Alyssa Butcher both times and I've been very impressed with her kindheartedness and skill. I've recently endured a catastrophic accident followed by trauma surgery and I've been unable to do my own hair or makeup. The salon's interior is relaxing and easy to maneuver; the staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful.

I love Aveda products but this is my first time going to an Aveda salon. Alyssa and her assistant Kayla made me very comfortable and happy. I'll return and book future appointments for myself and for my family members. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

The well trained staff is very attentive to their clients making sure your spa experience is top notch.

I was referred to Simply Swank by a friend and it was the absolute best haircut I've ever had! I saw Val and she was incredible. She is beyond knowledgeable about curls and coils. She took her time educating me, asking me lots and lots of questions to figure out what I was hoping to do and my long term hair goals. She made sure she addressed all my questions/hair issues.

I typically need a few days for my hair to settle after a cut to see how it is, not with this cut. I walked out of the salon absolutely loving what she did. I wish I needed a cut more often, can't wait to go back!

Very pricey for poor quality. Not worth the money in my opinion. Went the first time for a cut.well done. Second visit for color.terrible color. Highlights were orange but hair not terribly damaged. 4 months later went for haircut.same person, not the same cut as original.disappointed but felt I could give her one more chance with a color. HUGE mistake! 4 hours, toner, orange hair and couldnt be more dry.

Will go to Great Clips before I went back to this salon even if it were free. Perhaps some of the higher or highest paid cosmetologist's are worthy but not the one I got. This last cut and color will take me a year to recover from and my hair grows fast.

I have had my hair cut at Simply Swank for over twenty years. The friendliness and professionalism has not changes as it grew from a 2-3 chair shop to a full service salon. Betsy has become my nail tech and she is so sweet and so detail oriented.

I have been going to Simply Swank for over 15 years. They are always professional and so friendly. I get so many complements on my hair, I started keeping my stylist Val's cards in my purse to hand out! As an Aveda salon. I feel they are always up on new trends and techniques. Plus, it's a no tipping salon, so the price is the price! The spa is also very nice. If you are looking for a new salon, you won't be disappointed here!

Simply Swank is simply delightful! A wonderful salon to visit to feel beautiful and respected by their stylists. Since it's an Aveda salon, I expected the prices to be pretty high, but all of their services are fairly priced. Ashley Stone is my hair stylist there and always does a phenomenal job and is so personable. I will be a client here for a long time!

I'm a super picky person when it comes to my hair. I've been with my stylist for 5 years, whom is not employed at this salon, I have never visited anyone else in that time frame, for any service. then on NYE I made a last minute decision and came in to Simply Swank. Amanda not only was super pleasant, but she cut my hair exactly how I wanted, especially taking her time blending the layers and styling it, the loose waves stayed in all night.

Don't get me wrong, I love my stylist and will continue to see her, but now know if I ever need, I can stop by Simply Swank and get as amazing of a service as I would at my regular place!

I have always had an awesome experience at Simply Swank! My hair always looks great and I leave feeling pampered. As wonderful as my hair looks I think the salon greatest feature is their attention to customer service. A quality I think is getting harder and harder to find. Mallory, Tatum and Monica are attentive and helpful. I honestly can not remember who referred me to your place. It might have been a rave review online. I drive from Cortland, OH to get my hair cut. That says it all!

Customer of Simply Swank for 5 years. Excellent service from all of the stylists. They take time to talk about your style first. Not the typical meet you at the shampoo bowl and then start cutting your hair. Do to schedule conflicts, I've worked with a number of the stylists for cut and color. All are excellent. This makes it easy to recommend the salon and not only one stylist.
