Starting prices for our hair services are shown below and may be adjusted based on the length and thickness of your hair, and the number of colors and amount of color applied. Color and keratin services cannot be guaranteed unless you use home-care products recommended by your stylist. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must personally speak to our Front Desk 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Not happy with the experience I had with the ladies at the front desk. I had an appt for 2pm today. They called a few hours before and asked if I could come at 2:30pm instead because the lady that had to appt in front of me was asking for more then she scheduled for. I said sure. Then I get a call at 2:13pm when I'm already on my way to the salon and they cancelled my appt because the stylist was running behind. Offered to reschedule on a day that I can't go. I've been coming here for a few years now and I don't appreciate being "jerked" around. I won't be going back.

I called earlier last week to see if they were able to put in tinsel. They said that they did, so I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday, and decided to also add on a haircut because the tinsel was going to be cut anyways. I only asked for a haircut. I declined getting it washed and styled, and was told it was going to including in the notes. Arrived on Wednesday with the tinsel and everything needed for it.
Just to find out that I was only scheduled for a haircut. A very awkward experience walking into a salon with packages of tinsel, just to be told that the stylist didn't know that's what I scheduled for. She tried her best to make it work, and I'm thankful for that. She called her other appointment in later. She was unable to add the tinsel into my hair due to an issue with the tools.
She wasnt use to it, and was already in a rush. The tinsel was the main reason I visited this salon today. I saw so many great reviews and was relieved that I found someone who was able to put tinsel in hair, just to leave disappointed and confused as to where the scheduling mix up happened. Spent $68 on a haircut that was only a trim and fixing up my layers.
I was told to come schedule again for the tinsel, but I'm afraid that i will be put down for something completely different, or the timing will be messed up. The stylist was super friendly, and kept the conversation going. She did her best to make sure I walked out happy. A very awkward and unpleasant first time experience. I walked in hoping to leave with what I wanted.

First time going in and I was so impressed! Karen did an absolutely amazing job with my hair! She's the only stylists that I've gone to, shown a picture, and got EXACTLY what I wanted! Color and cut was perfect, especially since I wanted dark roots blended in to my fantasy green! It was such a pleasure to have her do my hair and I can't wait to get some more fantasy colors done in the future!

Scheduled an appointment for a cut to donate my hair. Went the week before with my daughter and she donated 10 inches. I was told adults only needed to donate 8". For my haircut my stylist said my hair wasn't long enough (it was 10") therefore I wasn't able to donate my hair. Showed her a picture of a haircut I wanted. What I got was NOTHING like the picture.
My haircut is awful! Called once I got home and they scheduled to fix my hair the following week. The 2nd stylist tried her best to make my haircut better, but she was limited because it was so short. I will not go back to this place. Worst haircut ever!
