Do I need eye protection? Eye protection is required by law. The eyelid does not effectively block ultraviolet light while tanning. Therefore the use of approved eye protection is required at Image Sun to insure that our customers do not suffer ill effects. Do I really need to use lotion? It was my first time getting a personal spray tan. I called to set the appointment, the front desk person was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She explain everything. Very personable & nice owners. Gale recommended the double dip ( spray tan & standup bed afterwards) & I'm so happy with the results. I'm naturally olive skin & was worried about any orange results but Gale used the formula with violet undertones & I'm happy with the result. I've had spray & bed tanning at other places but Gale made me feel so comfortable & the place was spotless. I purchased a package & looking forward to a tanned summer

I have been a member for over 2 years now and they have been AWESOME to bending to my needs as far as tans to fit my skin, the lotions, my payments. They have always worked with me in every way. I moved quite a bit further away since I became a member, I contemplated changing tanning places but NO WAY can any one make you feel more comfortable than going to them. I won't change places. I get great compliments from my tans. Thank you image sun

Image Sun is hands down the BEST tanning salon around. And they're not expensive! Palm beach is expensive and has horrible customer service. I worked at a tanning salon for years and image sun is the best. The staff is amazing, they always have deals/discounts/sales going on, and they are on top of changing the bulbs when it's time to. I just read the reviews and felt the need to set the record straight!
I can't believe someone compared Image Sun to a tanning bed inside PLANET FITNESS?! Planet fitness probably has the cheapest beds you can buy and I bet those bulbs don't get changed out when they should, making your tanning experience useless! I know everyone has their opinions, but Image Sun is an amazing tanning salon and that's just a fact!

Early today I wrote a review about Image Sun tanning. It's a salon I've gone to for the past few years. I tend to only tan for a month or two b fore my summer vacation. I explained how I feel they needed more bigger beds. Especially a Level 2. Also, the younger staff seems to be on the phone a lot or away from the front desk and we have to wait to be checked in.
After the owner had commented back to me into regards to my post today. I wanted to change my comments. The young lady helping me today was NOT rude to me and explained I would have to wait for a bed. She was very sweet and is one of the girls who greats me when I come in. The owner also explained they were doing laundry or spray tans when not at the front desk.
I do have to wait for staff when I come in a lot during that time of day. After she reached out today, I felt like maybe I am asking for too much during this time of the day. Maybe these girls are away a lot for other reasons. I apologize if me expressing my opinions. I wish you did have more level 2 beds. I have experienced the staff txting or walking up to desk with there phones in hand in the past few weeks. I still love your tanning salon and will continue to use you on yearly bases. I appreciate the feedback from the owner.

Waste of money. Average beds. Average cleanliness and horrible customer service. You can get a membership to planet fitness for 20 bucks a month and tan as much as you want. Planet fitness has the stand up beds too and they are nice and new. For half the cost of this place, you can get a gym membership and unlimited tanning. Even if you just tan, it's still a better deal to go to planet fitness where the customer service is waaaay better.

Well at the time you gave me credit - I was a VIP - You should have given me a free ONE time tanning since I was NOT able to tan during my UNLIMITED tanning membership - $20 doesn't cover anything. I really like this place, but as someone who has worked at two tanning salons, I was super disappointed when I crawled into the bed yesterday. The salon was extremely busy, because it was the "after-work Rush", but that's no excuse to put someone in a bed that isn't "fully sanitized". There were lotion marks on the top of the bed, and on the bottom from the last persons legs.
I was in a hurry so I put my towel over that part and tanned. The manager was nowhere to be found after my tan, so I left. I would definitely recommend this place, just made sure your bed is clean prior to use!

I love Image Sun and the staff. I love their beds, a tad pricey but not too bad with the upgrades and offers. Facebook allows me to see the offers. the only downside for me is the airbrush - I LOVE THE AIRBRUSH she does but there is only one person doing it so I have a hard time with the hours she does it as I work. and it is hard for me to get there before 3 pm : but other than that Its GREAT!
