They chopped my 5 year olds ear clean off. When it hit the floor blood shot out of his head All over the walls. It was horrifying. But got a free haircut out the deal. At first the hair dresser didn't notice till blood squirted into her eye. I'll still go back for the free haircut. His ear will heal with a little tussen on it. Maybe Google shouldn't know I called this place 2 weeks ago and asked me to leave a review.

BOBBI IS A BRAZILIAN WAX GODDESS! Was so nervous my first time(now on my 4th appointment) and she made it such an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I have told everyone I know. So if you're semi nervous, don't be. Bobbi is quick and wonderful. She makes it a breeze. Cannot recommend her enough. Service: Brazilian wax

I have been going to Rosci since I was a teenager and I wanted to leave a review. I have high standards and I have never (and I mean never) been disappointed with my services at Rosci. I always walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff is always kind and always puts the customer first. I have gotten my hair cut there, massages done, facials, and mani pedis.
Even the most mediocre days at Rosci are high quality and relaxing. I have gone other places with friends to get my nails done or to have my hair cut when I went to college and I was always disappointed. When given the choice I will always choose Rosci.

Wanted to post what a great job the salon is doing to keep us safe during the pandemic. They already had a very clean salon but there are now Plexi guards between shampoo bowls, everyone is wearing masks, and there are far fewer people having service at the same time. I felt totally safe and protected while Erica cut and colored my hair. I also appreciate the emails about what measures they're taking. Communication is key.

I asked for a tiny trim, and i have gotten short haircuts and had meltdowns all night because of how upset i was with it. i asked for a trim because my hair was long and it got cut to my shoulders with horribly done layers. it's so uneven and the top half of my hair is way shorter than the bottom. i'm so very upset and i have to humiliate myself in school. not to mention my hair is curly so it's a fat short frizzball. i'm so very upset and will never come back

Going to Rosci Salon is always a great experience. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. The hair dressers are experts at cutting and creating beautiful hair styles. And they listen to you and give you what you ask for as far as cuts and styles. The chairs are socially distanced and the salon is very clean.

Went in for a simple cut to bring my outgrown bob back up above my shoulders and when I asked to go a little shorter in the back, stylist took some kind of razor and shaved the nape of my neck without warning, then left above layers long and uneven. It's probably my fault for not stopping her. Now i've been in tears for the past couple of days over how bad my hair, neck and chin look as a result.
I was already self conscious about my hair feeling thinner and now it's missing a whole chunk entirely. I am PRAYING my hair starts to grow and fast. The shaved part is itchy and just plain awful. If you go, be sure to question the stylist on everything they plan on doing. Will not be returning.

1st visit. Girl was not nice. She was very rude. Went in 1 week before to do a consultation.but not with the person doing my hair and told we could do what I wanted. When I got there.different story. Hair not what I wanted at all. Expressed my feelings but she did not care. Still charged me almost 300.00. Ruined my hair. Called 3 times after asking for manager was told they were not in and I would get a call back. Still no call 2 months later.
