Best experience I've had at a salon. My mother-in-law and I booked a spa day package that consisted of a 1 hour facial, 1 hour full body massage, manicure and pedicure, shampoo and blowout, and LUNCH! Truly for the price the service exceeded my expectations, each of the ladies I had for all my services were all amazing, so sweet, professional but also so relatable and really made me feel pampered, comfortable and right at home.

The owners were great as well and very warm and welcoming. My mother-in-law fully agreed! I couldn't recommend this place more, and I will definitely be back for all their services! Thanks again to everyone who works here and made this a wonderful experience for us!

Iris knows how to expertly cut and style curly hair - beautiful work! The Ouidad technique is amazing. Worth every penny to leave a salon with healthy, voluminous natural curls! Thank you Iris!

My husband and I went in for pedicures. The technicians were super friendly and made us both very comfortable and did a wonderful job. I have to give 3 stars not for my pedicure but for the Spa itself. Two pedicures were $60 a piece. Nothing special over what I would get for a $30 pedicure from a nail salon. Then after we paid and were 20 minutes away I got a call from the spa saying they needed to charge my card an additional $5 because they forgot to charge me the upcharge for a French polish.

Seriously - my husband paid the same as me and got no polish. Did he get a discount for not having that service. I had to give me credit card info over the phone which is not secure at all and I felt very uncomfortable. I should have just said no and just politely ended the call but I didn't. I did express my concern about giving my card info over the phone and my disappointment over the petty request for an additional $5. I will not be back and will not recommend you spa to anyone!

Iris sent me on my way with a hair color that I'd been wanting for quite a while. I was very pleased with her service and the salon. I had a free consultation before we did the color as well which I liked. I'll definitely be back.

Wife went and they did not honor her gift certificates, none had expiration dates. They told her that they were good over the phone but when it was time to pay, no good. She said the experience was great and staff was very nice but it was disheartening when they denied her.

Jessica cut and color my hair-she did a great job matching the color and fixing some crazy layers I had from a prior cut. I would definitely recommend her! Thanks!

Had a great appointment with Iris for a long overdue cut. She really to into account what I explained that I needed and did an excellent job. And don't get me started on the wonderful scalp massage during the wash. The salon itself is cute and very, very clean. They take very good Covid precautions and you will feel very safe.

I went there 3 times. 2 times they charged me $100 for full highlights. This time they charged me $165 for highlights. I guess they change their prices whenever they want which is upsetting since I've been there before. I told the lady that they charged me $100 before and she goes "well they weren't taking in consideration how much product they were using" yet my hair was the same length and size as the 2 other times I went.

The 2 other hair stylists I had previously were great and friendly. This last hair stylist I had didn't even say anything to me except "I wrote on your paper that you have A LOT of hair". Obviously she was bothered that I had a full head of hair. So upset with this last visit that will be my last visit at this salon.

Her haircuts are precision perfect, there's NEVER a need to return for an "adjustment", and she's always happy and enthusiastic to cut my hair however I want. I'm overall super pleased with her and the entire salon experience. (They're also doing a great job with the CoVid19 precautions.)

Came here for the first time for highlights and a haircut. The hairdresser acted annoyed that I wanted a full head of highlights even though when I made the appointment I told them what I wanted done. She didn't even talk to me the entire time and had a scowl on her face. Once she was done with my color and haircut she passed me off to a young girl to dry my hair.

I have very thick long hair and the girl did not dry my hair all the way through. I had to tell her three times that my hair was still damp and it needed to be dried all the way. I explained to her that my gets frizzy if it air dries so it but she didn't care. Eventually I get fed up and left. I ended up drying my hair at home. The last frustrating piece is that they do not allow you to put tip on your credit card.

I had to walk down the street to an atm where I could get money out to tip the woman who honestly didn't deserve it. They should post this information on their website so patrons come prepared. Needless to say I have never returned. Never paying that much for someone to be pissed about what I want done, be unfriendly, and not dry my hair!

Awful version of Ouidad. Go to NYC. I was getting a sad version Ouidad cut here for while and I eventually got tired of spending so much for a "less than" version so I tried to make an appointment with the stylist for a non-Ouidad cut. Well she had something of a hissy fit over the whole thing and didn't touch my hair and charge me anyway so in all honesty I will never ever ever go back again and I think anybody looking for curl specialty should just get a ticket with trans bridge and go into New York City for the day. You will look fabulous there, skip this place.

Oh my gosh! I am in love with my hair! Ask for Ariel! She is unbelievable and this balayage she did on me is like Pinterest worthy! I could not believe how good she was with everything- she completely exceeded my expectations and she is is really fun and easy going! The salon is really clean and comfortable! If you want your hair to look amazing and feel pampered, this place is it! And ask for Ariel!

I love this place. Kim is a color genius who successfully eradicated years of drab store-bought badly applied box color. I used to avoid mirrors- not anymore! The staff is friendly, the place is clean and well ventilated (I hate salons that smell like burnt hair) and they are an easy going bunch.

I have been going here for the last couple of years. Iris is a fabulous hair stylist! She knows exactly what to do with my hair! She is extremely professional, sweet and really cares about her customers and their hair. They have a lovely waiting area- supplied with water, coffee and soda. The salon is clean and quant. Definitely a hidden nook in downtown Emmaus. Ask for Iris when you go- you won't be disappointed!

Christine cut my hair for over 15 years and I constantly received compliments. She's fun, edgy, up on the new style trends yet actually LISTENS when I tell her where I'm nervous. I recommend her as she really cares about all customer needs.

I have been going to Artisans for over 10 years. I have curly hair and I would not allow anyone else to touch it but them. I either go to Peggy or Iris. They are both awesome! All of the hairstylists are great. I also get my pedicures, manicures and facials there. The crew are super friendly and the owners are very personable. I would highly recommend them.

Had a massage here last week and it was wonderful. The technician, Pat, was friendly and professional. Enjoyed my service and would recommend! Salon was also clean and everyone was friendly.

Amazing Jess does my hair exactly how I love it each and every time. I have been going to her for years and I will keep on going. She is an artist. She can vision what she wants my hair to look like and bam. Gorgeous! Thank you Jess and artisans.

First this place deserves a whopping 0 stars. You will not get the best of anything here at all but mainly stay away due to the owner. She is a pathetic excuse for a woman and a human. Her practices across the board are beyond less than par and I would not want anyone to have to deal with her "holier than thou" attitude. There are so many other places you can go - please do so!

Great haircut for a dude who is incredibly inarticulate to how he wants his hair dealt with, how long it should be, etc. Also, the scalp massage was amazing. I highly recommend Iris. In addition to being talented, she has a really lovely personality. And yes, she's really quite pretty -- though I refrained from trying to pick her up, because that'd be weird.

I've been going here for a year. They're super friendly and prifessional. I've loved all my cuts/styles. Iris is my favorite stylist. They have a lovely interior with free drinks while you wait. Very relaxing. The owner works alongside everyone else and is quite congenial. Cute little place.

I agree with a previous reviewer that your service will vary depending on who you are working with. From my experience, Chrissy is a great hair stylist and the main two women who do nails are both very good. Front desk staff is always fine, and usually quite friendly. They use great products across the board. In terms of decor, I wouldn't say it is the sleekest or fanciest, but I don't think it is that terrible -- I'm not living there, just getting my hair done.

I get my hair cut here, and they always do a great job. Not only do they listen to what I ask for, but they also make useful appropriate suggestions. I have short hair, and cut and full highlight with multiple colors was around 90, which I think is pretty reasonable compared with some ridonkulous places I have been before. They use Bumble and Bumble products, which I love, and I was also introduced to a new (I think) line called Enjoy. Products have been suggested and described, but nobody has ever pushed a single product on me.

I did want to try one of them, and she was more than happy to provide me with a sample - I thought that was really cool. I have never been to a salon where they provided a sample. Receptionist is always friendly and never hurries me along.

Went here over a year ago seeking a place to bring my wedding party. It was just aweful. The place is shabby in appearance, especially for the prices you pay. They did a decent job on my nails, but totally mutilated my hair. It was cut completely unevenly. Additionally, they were very salesy and tried to push not one but at least half a dozen products on me. Don't go here.
