Entourage Hair Salon And Spa

Entourage has been my hair salon for 5 years and Marisa always makes me feel beautiful. She knows exactly how I would like my hair to look and she does a great job every time. Marisa is fantastic!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality The salon is light. airy and superbly well maintained. Their waterfall and air filtration inspire confidence in their meeting and exceeding Covid mandates. This is a friendly, lovely place to visit. It is accommodating and the stylists do a great job. Entourage is a beautiful, classy salon. The ambiance is relaxing and their staff are professional and welcoming. They use L'Oreal Professionnel line products which are excellent! Their hair dyes nourish my hair, which I didn't even know was possible. I've been seeing their lead colorist, Marissa, for years. She's a young, classy cool, super talented, amazing artist!

I won't get a haircut anywhere else; the layers are always perfect never choppy. You pay a premium for quality and excellence, but you walk out looking. Well, like a model in a L'Oreal commercial! Lol Grateful I found this place!

Friendly Staff this is not a chain its a family run local all in one Highly rated salon for guys, kids and the whole family, Joe and his family have been in Elmhurst for many years serving all there clients with kindness and care. I have been in elmhurst for 35 years I have seen places come and go this place isnt going anywhere kind people who care that you are getting the service and quality most people expect.

Hair is done the way you want it to be not how someone else thinks it should be. They make you feel comfortable they will not rush you out so they can get the next buck, they make you feel relaxed and when you leave you will feel great. Forget the rest go to the best you have to make an appointment so they can reserve your special time to make you look and feel great!

Not only was the staff, great and friendly the service was amazing. I wish I would have got a before and after picture of my hair. I have curly hair that is stressed from bleach and poor maintenance so I decided to find somewhere to help me on my hair care recovery. I seen ski for services ( wash, deep condition, trim, blow dry) and my hair felt and looked amazing!

Marissa is my girl! Ask for her. She's stylish, approachable, and does a kickass job! I'm a guy - super picky when it comes to my stylist - but Marissa does it all! She's not afraid to try things, takes great direction, and works with you to find a cut/style that'll work with your hair texture and facial look. Marissa is young and fun and gets it! She's a pleasure and super talented.

Started going here on the recommendation of my girlfriend, who has been coming here along with her mother and sister for 10 years. I've had a handful of haircuts now and each one has come out great - they do a truly professional job here! It's a bit pricier than what I'm used to paying, but I can also go a bit longer between cuts due to how Joe has been cutting it for me so overall it's been worth the change! I have recommended Entourage to friends and will continue to do so!

I have thick, long hair with lots of body. I have JOE cut color my hair. I've only had about 3 stylist my whole life be able to cut my hair amazingly! JOE is one of them. All the staff is very nice and more importantly, professional. The hair dyes and products they carry are the best I've ever used. It's L'Oreal salon line. I do pay a fair amount of money but remember that old say."you get what you pay for!" )I can let my hair go for 4-6 months before getting it redone! In the long run that's probably cheaper then great clips!)

It does not get any better here for personal grooming its family owned they treat you like family and they are great people. Never had a bad experience there ever. Its a great place overall fair prices and great service joe is the best. You feel welcome the minute you walk threw the doors it doesn't get any better than Entourage try them you will like what they do!

I have very thick, wavy hair. Over the years it's hard to find someone skilled enough to give me a fabulous cut and color. Joe gets it right every time! If I ever move away, I would definitely travel to keep him as my stylist!

Francesca is the best! She is very talented, nice and easy to work with. She has done my make twice now. Once for my engagement photos and the other for my wedding. I absolutely loved my makeup and it lasted all night. My bridesmaids, my aunt, my mother-in-law and I all looked flawless. She is also very affordable! I highly recommend Francesca!

Great place to get your hair done everyone very pleasant and professional. Good products for your hair and they take great pride in taking good care of your hair.

Moved to the area recently and decided to check out Entourage. Wow, what a mistake! I went in on Wednesday to get highlights(mainly roots retouched) and it is now Saturday and my roots look the same as when I went in. After I expressed my concern that my roots were still dark Bina (stylist) told me very nicely 'I did the best I could'! The best you could do for $190 is bleach the rest of my hair but not touch my roots?!?!?!

I do not like to give poor reviews for local businesses.but this was a bad experience for me. I came in for a blowout. My bad for not booking earlier with my usual salon. As a result i called around and found Entourage was available for a blowout. I thought it shouldnt be too bad as any stylist should be able to do a simple blowout with a hair dryer and a round brush.instead i was there for 1 hour.

I have thick but good hair and the stylist didnt seem familiar with it. She gathered the hair in small sections and was doing it needlessly a little at a time. I am not used to that. She also took out a barrel curling iron and i told her that i didnt need that and asked her to just use a dryer and round brush. She then tried to use hair spray on my wet hair which is again something i have never experienced.and again asked her to not use hairspray.

The main reason i am writing this is that during my $40, 1 hour blowout I got burned several times. Not a 3rd degree burn but a burn that hurt a good 30 minutes past my visit. A professional should know how to handle different hair types and use a hair dryer without burning the client. She did apologize in the moment but it was clear that she was not familiar with thick hair. Lesson learned, I will stick to my usual salon and book ahead of time!

Booking Annalisa and Francesca for my bridal hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made! They executed my vision perfectly on my trial and on the day of the wedding made it look even better! You can tell these ladies love what they do and are proud of their work. I decided to have my bridal party get ready at the salon. My bridesmaids and mother all have different hair types and skin tones and they all looked amazing.

It made me so happy to know they were able to please each of them. The salon is clean and modern. Everyone there is so welcoming and warm. I'll definitely be going back soon for their other services. I'm in need of a haircut and manicure. Will update!

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because it doesn't let me give it zero stars. They over processed and fried my hair. I left with my hair wet and it was coming off in chunks. Never ever coming back. The stylists saw how my hair was already pre lightened so I figured as professionals they would know how long the bleach had to be on.

I left worst than how I came in. I was annoyed when I got home because 2 stylists had to rinse me out and one of them kept telling me how great it looked. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. I paid $125 for someone to ruin my hair. Never again.

Today was my first time at Entourage Salon, I must say, it has been a very long time since I walked out of a salon 100% satisfied with my hair cut. :0 Joe introduced himself & then said lets sit and talk about your hair. as I described to him what I wanted he said, wait, let me let you look at something a little different because he was not certain the style I was looking at would look good on me. well I agreed to let him take the lead. best choice I made.

As we shared stories about our old friends & old neighborhood, I was relaxed & just enjoyed the time spent there. As he finished my cut I looked in the mirror & said Joe I love my hair. and I really did. The salon is beautiful & comfortable. I will become a regular. Grazie Giuseppe Buona Pasqua '

I believe brevity is always appreciated, so here I go. Yesterday, I had my bridal consultation for my hair and make- up. I decided to take my photographer's advice and do it the same day of my Save-the-Date pictures. I knew that Francesca (make-up artist) and Annalisa (hair stylist) were good, I didn't know they were AMAZING! Annalisa took hours curling and recurring my hair, giving me advice, trying different hair styles, taking them down, restyling, making me feel comfortable, making sure whatever the hairstyle was for the wedding; it reflected me, down to the last detail.

She was patient, kind, and attentive. Francesca did my makeup, carefully matching what I liked, adding and blending colors, giving me her opinion on all of the different options, making me feel that whatever it was that I liked, was beautiful. She came to check on me and even took pictures to show me what everything looked like behind the professional lens. I was beyond impressed with the service I received yesterday. I recommend this salon and these stylist/make-up artist to everyone. I am so very excited for my wedding!

As a guy, getting a haircut can be very stressful. Entourage Hair Salon in Elmhurst makes the daunting task of scheduling painless. Joe and his amazing staff know you by name, make you feel like family - The salon and spa experience is second to none and worth experiencing for men and women of all ages! My wife and I have been coming here for 6 Years - Every appointment is better than the last. By far, the best Salon in Elmhurst!

I think I finally found out right place for me! They did an excellent job! I totally love my new haircut! Super clean inside! Front desk girl was super nice and professional! And lady who cut my hair was great! Definitely going back! Bravo! You got very happy customer!

I am rating on the massage I received nearly 2 1/2 years ago. I need to give credit where credit is due. About 5-6 months after having our 1st child, my husband thought I could use a much needed massage. I had been very stressed, body was sore for nursing the baby all the time, and just very exhausted. The staff at Entourage paired me with Mary Cay Cavanagh & it was the most pleasant experience.

She was very calming and offered great advice & support. She was a specialist in prenatal massage. After that day we kept in touch for a short time as I was trying to look into her teaching me some infant massage. I lost touch with her & unfortunately til just recently was about to make a 1st time appointment for my mother (who had never had a massage in her 72 years of life) and learned she had passed.

It is very sad and unfortunate and I hope that she is in a good place. But she was wonderful & I distincltly recall how well I slept the days following & how I became much less stressed. Thanks Mary Cay!
