Very friendly waiter and pretty interior, but they need to do better. The floor was very dirty (we arrived when the place opened, but still there were leaves, cigarette butts, food etc on the floor), there were some extremely loud noises coming from the bar (cleaning/preparing some machine?), the music didn't fit the atmosphere and was going up and down crazily (songs like backstreet boys and hiphop. Took them a while to get it to work properly) and the most important thing: the food was just ok. The waiter asked for feedback, but we couldn't even pinpoint what wasn't working. It was just mediocre. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

The pizzas are fine but the dessert extremely disappointing and to avoid. The place is small, crowded and loud. We need to wait quite long for the service

Me and my friend came to this restaurant as we were staying at the holiday inn express a few doors down and it was amazing! The service was impeccable and the servers made a lot of effort to talk us through items on the menu even showing us pictures as we couldn't understand everything on the menu as it was in German! It was the nicest meal we've had whilst being in Germany - the food was 5* plus and the nicest carbonara I've ever had! They also had a specials menu which looked amazing too!

A refreshing beer after a stressful drive on the autobahn. Great food. Great service. Very good English spoken and they were kind and allowed me to try my very bad German on them. Only one niggle. cash only. Would of been nice to see that before we went in. but there is a ATM 100 metres away. Good vegetarian options.

I stayed at the holiday inn and bella luna was really near to our hotel so we went there to eat. I was impressed by this friendly service and sweet servers : it was delicious as well so that I highly recommend this place. Next time when I'm in hamburg I will come to eat again!

The decoration of the Restaurant is something special and beautiful. The Service is perfekt! The Food is awesome. I was there for a few times. I love the pizza of bella luna. The pasta from the Parmesan cheese ist verry special & taste also verry nice. See you soon again.

Very very nice! We ordered food for takeaway in the hotel. It's Corona crisis. I first looked them up at Lieferando, but the menu was limited and I realize it cost the restaurant 30% so I called them and ordered directly. The pasta was very fresh and the salads tasted great. I have never had this good delivery food before! The chicken on the Caesar salad was wonderful. I can't wait to have dinner here when this is all over!

Found this place whilst staying at a nearby hotel. Me and my friend both really enjoyed our meal here. The menu was in German but the waitress was very helpful in answering questions and explaining things to us. I had a pizza which was very tasty and my friend had pasta which she enjoyed. Very reasonably priced, great service and lovely food. Would definitely recommend! We will be back. Danke :

Had a really good experience here. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the menu was only in German by the time we visited, but it was still easy to understand. There is something to eat for everyone here.

My colleague and I ate here while staying for a school exchange. We actually tried to come in another night, but they were pretty busy and it would have been an hour wait with the reservations they had. However when we went back, we had an excellent meal. The restaurant is decorated really nicely; very modern and stylish. We had really good service; our waitress was very attentive and the manager stopped by a couple times to make sure that everything tasted good and that we were satisfied. Our food was presented very nicely, had good flavor and they were pretty big portions. I would definitely recommend!
