This place is just awful. The staff is rude and condescending. After 4 different attempts at booking an appointment I was left on hold once, only to be forgotten by a clearly scatterbrained receptionist, the other 3 attempts was followed with a lengthy pause, during which she was suppose to see if there was an opening to handle my daughters upcoming wedding each and every time they couldn't give me a time to come in and meet, instead there were unkempt promises to call me back, never happened.
This review is actually to the Owner of this poorly run establishment, those that you chose to make the face and voice of your company should be trained to value ALL customers not only those with more money than common sense.

They sold us a gift card for the amount of $150 for a couples massage in November 2016. They didn't tell us that they haven't had two massage therapists on staff since September 2016. They told us in November that they could do the couples massage and their website advertises it. We called to book the massage and they said that they don't have the staff to do it and refused to refund the gift card amount.
They knew when they sold us the gift card for that service that they couldn't honor it and now they are refusing to make it right. Unacceptable customer service and deceitful business. Stay away!

If you want peaceful surroundings, positive, professional and exceptional stylists then make the move to Veranda. Sashiko is creative, perfectionistic, a great listener, and always gives 100% when applying color, shampooing (great scalp massage), cutting, and styling. She is up to date on all the latest styles.
