I decided to try this salon based on reviews and had Tiffany cut my hair. She did a great job! She listened to what I wanted and took a lot of time getting it right. She is very friendly and puts you right at ease. It is a nice, clean, comfortable salon. I am definitely going to stick with this salon plus it is in a convenient location. I had been going to Gene Juarez for years but sadly they were getting just too expensive.

I found this salon via Yelp & tried them out by getting a haircut first. I have wavy/curly hair & not just anyone knows how to properly cut my hair. I met with Stephanie & she was great. She spent time listening to me to truly understand what I wanted & she did exactly that. Based on the great experience I decided to set up an appointment for a full foil as I wanted to go blonde from being dark brown. Stephanie was honest in how my hair color would turn out and the results were exactly what she said they would be. I'm thrilled with how my hair turned out. Not only is Stephanie great but everyone there is friendly & the salon is a fun atmosphere.

Still the BEST! Great service, even better advice and suggestions to keep you looking great! Tiffani is awesome and knows her craft. I always recommend this salon to new neighbors with no hesitation.

So very happy to have found her, she also does an INCREDIBLE, AMAZING work on my daughters hair who is very picky & precise with what she wants. Hailey always goes over & beyond to make her happy! Really bad, I took my eight year boy for hair cut and guess it was owner herself who did the haircut and did cut my boy eyebrows and said it was a mistake! Charged me $45. I would never recommend this place.

I have been getting my haircut with Gina for almost 30 years. This place is the best!

I am new to the area and checked out local reviews before deciding on this salon. My appointment was with Typhanie and she is great! Typhanie listened to what I wanted and my concerns and offered her input. Finally someone that does not want to just hack off your hair or convince you of a new look or unnecessary treatments. Typhanie was fun to talk with and professional! I will be back.

Poor Time Management - Disappointed - I waited a week for my appointment, arrived at the salon on time. I was told by the receptionist that my stylist, Stephanie, was running 10 to 15 mins late. OK, I waited 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins and then 20 mins plus. My stylist, nor anyone else came to talk with me as to how much longer I needed to wait, or offered a discount on hair products or anything.like my time was not valuable. Just plain rude!

I'm so happy to have found Typhanie at Gina Mary Hair. She has colored my hair twice now and it looks great. The color held and her cut is also good. The salon has a friendly relaxed vibe and the stylists all seem to be good friends. They are local to the area. This salon has been around for years and is a good go to if you need reliable hair colors and cut.

Feeling a little disappointed. I asked for this. Got that. I scheduled a consultation and highlight. The highlight was suggested by the receptionist. When I got there my stylist was sweet as pie. I asked her if what she was doing would b lighter at the bottom. She said that she would add more lightness at the bottom later. I was looking for more copper color (reddish) at the bottom and a small streak in the front. I showed her the first pic, what I got was the second. My hair isn't ugly. It just isn't the dramatic look I wanted.

I see Hailey Judge there and she's awesome. She gets it right every time (cut, balayage and sometimes color). And the price is SO REASONABLE! I was paying twice that at other salons. Totally recommend.

I waited until after my second visit to write a review. I think I finally found my salon. I've lived here a year and when I found out we were moving one of my first thoughts was, "crap, I have to find a new hair dresser" I know, I know.that should be the least of my worries when making a move out of state. Anyway, I visited a couple of other salons in the area and quite frankly I was sick and tired of the high prices and pretentious atmospheres, I was started to lose hope.

This isn't the case at Gina Mary. The salon is small, clean and all the staff have been extremely friendly. I've had my appointments with Tiphanie and she's pretty awesome. Very friendly and easy to talk to. My color has come out awesome!

Super cute store with hair videos playing in back! Very well priced and Hailey did a great job with my partial foil. The girl at the front desk, Mia, it extremely helpful and knew a lot about hair when asking questions about what treatments i should get. Will return!

I'm updating this to say that Hailey did try to reach out. We didn't have a chance to try again, but the fact that she saw my previous review and tried to contact me means something. I haven't been back or recommended this placed since I had to pay 200+ here and then go somewhere else and pay to have my hair fixed.

My daughter has been going to gina for 9 months now to get her colored by Healy. Ever time my daughter gets done she is very happy about her hair. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a good experience and good hair style. Healy you rock and thank you for all your hard work.

Stephanie did a great job on my hair. I only gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she listened to what I needed my hair to do for my life style. She is super personable, I will be coming back for sure! My hair looks great!

I took my bridesmaids and myself to Gina Mary the morning of my wedding and it was AMAZING. The stylists were so organized, efficient and did the hair styles exactly like I wanted them. We were offered coffee and candy immediately upon arriving and we were told we could bring champagne or anything that would make the morning more special. Myself and my 5 bridesmaids had our hair done in less then an hour and a half! Very impressed! And top it all off, the stylists were all so sweet! I highly recommend this salon!

Excellent service! I have seen Gina a number of times now and she is fabulous! I love how she is honest and open and helps me decide which cut and color is best for my skin and face shape. I highly recommend Gina and this salon!

Mary had cut my hair once before and did a wonderful job. I brought her the same picture to go by and ask her to do the same. This time she cut it extremely short and I calculate it will take about 3 months to be the length of the picture and the length that she had cut it the first time. The worse part is that my face is too big for hair as short as a man's and that is what she gave me.

I wanted my shiny blond hair back after living in Australia sunshine. They did a fabulous job with highlights, love it, love it!

I absolutely love my honey brown highlights that my stylist Mary Scudder did. My highlights look blended in, natural and professionally done. My hair is healthy and shiny. I am extremely happy with the service and the highlights and would recommend to anyone.

Nice salon, clean. If you are looking for a great hair cut or a new style.don't go to Sandy! She is very sarcastic and rude and apparently can't step outside her box. She must not need the business as well, so my opinion.don't waste your time or money.

Moving into a new location is traumatic enough, compound that with having the same person taking care of your hair for the last ten years and yes I am a guy, but I have great hair and whomever I choose to take care of it is of real importance to me. From the moment I walked in it was a great experience, the very pleasant receptionist paid great attention to my needs and made sure I was comfortable, and then there was Taylor.not only did she make me feel comfortable but she took an interest in what I wanted.

She made suggestions and listened to my responses. She showed me a side of Issaquah that I haven't seen yet and made me feel very good about moving here and looking to call it home. She is a true professional in understanding your needs and making you look your best. This was a great experience from start to finish; I highly recommend taking a chance on Taylor.
