I have worked for the Salon Bellezzio company since 2006. The passion I have for the beauty industry has inspired me to get my cosmetology license in 2020. Currently, I'm a lash stylist and look forward to expanding my business through other spa services, as well as by doing hair. My dream is to help bring new services into our salon!

Danielle is the worst business manager I have ever unfortunately interacted with. I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I am actually shocked at my experience and how horribly I was treated. I initially made an appointment and they put me with Quetta. She is incredibly nice, very sweet. But terrible at hair. I showed her a picture and described what I wanted and then was quoted multiple different prices.
She asked for help the entire way along from Amy, at this point I began to feel not so confident in her ability to do what I was wanting but I smiled and let her go on with her job. She seemed to be rushing through the entire process. Halfway through she told me it was going to cost more than I had agreed to initially. She NEVER showed me my hair after the highlights/washing my hair.
She kept me turned from the mirror and immediately cut it, DIDN'T SHOW ME MY HAIRCUT, immediately blowdried and curled it, thus hiding how I would quickly realize it looked once getting home. Didn't provide a mirror to look at the back of it for myself. So I politely text her that evening and say I felt bad for having to ask, but I noticed some spots where it was uneven and asked if she'd be able to fix it.
She said yes, I came in the next day, I pointed out where the haircut AND highlights were uneven and she told me to "get purple shampoo and let it sit on it and that should help" and she proceeded to cut my hair while it was still curled. Obviously it still wasn't good but at that point I didn't want her messing with my hair anymore. Then I get in contact with the manager of the salon and she tells me to come in for a consultation and she'd see what she could do.
She has another hairdresser agree to fix things and made an appointment for me to come back a few days later while letting me know I'd only be charged the difference from my original service ($165 after tip) but didn't quote me an exact price on how much the new service would be. I figured it wouldn't be a ($115) dollar difference. I was told I would get charged for a balayage.
When I came back in I got no additional highlights except for on ONE small section of my hair. All she did was place dye in my hair on the top-mid sections and then tone the very front section. All in all I had around 15 foils, in the front (money piece) sections of my hair ONLY, some dye on 1/3 of my hair, and then two horrendous haircuts. I didn't even mention that the lady who was fixing my hair LITERALLY GAVE UP and had two other hairstylists come and attempt to fix it after her.
I LITERALLY GOT SCAMMED lol just don't come here. Manager Danielle is a horribly rude lady who gaslit me up until I walked out the door. Thank you Jamie and Mary for trying. But this haircut is the most common right now, wasn't asking for anything crazy. Simple long and face framing layers and it took three of y'all to get it right. I ended up spending over 8 hours and $280 for a haircut/ face framing highlights that I STILL don't like.

Chaquette Jackson, Impressed me very much. My 10yr old daughter had an appointment to get a hair cut. Having had bad luck at other facilities in the past. Chaquette Jackson did an outstanding job on the cut and also straightening my daughter's hair while also explaining and teaching me do's and don't. Chaquette Jackson personality was also a blessing. I can also say my daughter has enjoyed the many compliments she has received about her new hairstyle.

Usually I go to the South location but the past couple times I came to this location and they did amazing! I've gotten my brows waxed quite a few times and they always do so good, but yesterday I went in to get my hair layered for the first time. I was a little nervous because I usually just trimmed my hair myself. I think the stylist name was Sydney or something but she did an amazing job.
She made it very subtle but enough to where you can see a difference. She trimmed a good bit off but it seemed much needed because my hair looks and feels so much healthier! We talked pretty much the whole time and she was very sweet and welcoming and just overall did an amazing job. I will never go anywhere else besides these 2 locations to get my hair done! :

Go see Olivia! I had long hair, and i mean it. Down to my waist. I'm a very nervous person when it comes to haircuts and changing it. Olivia P explained it all and helped me decide what would be best for the results i wanted. I cut my hair to my collarbone and she did a fabulous job giving natural highlights. Looked gorgeous. Never have had a more dedicated stylist that was cheerful the entire appointment(even when it went past building hours). Will be returning.

I went in for black hair and to touch a streak up. I mentioned the streak over the phone but neglected to mention it prior to procedure. Regardless kinda cringe the lady just blacked over it without saying anything;even when I told her over the phone that I did NOT want them to go over the lightened streak. Paying 90$ for hair dye is like taking advantage of a woman at an auto repair shop paying 90$ for windshield whippers. I'm very upset. My wife's very upset. Double check screen before the order because these ladies are out to lunch.

I love this salon! Tracy highlighted my hair and I received compliments from strangers for months afterwards. The lady that does nails does a great job AND she speaks English. My sister in law and I got deluxe manicures and the lady took her time instead of rushing through. I've had a one hour massage from Zeth. My massage was so relaxing and went by too fast.
My only complaint is the walls for the massage room are thin. Go to Salon Bellezzio if you want to be treated like a respected customer. They don't rush and actually try to do a top quality job in whatever it is that they're doing.
