I've become a regular at Terry Binns. Bridget is so sweet and is an incredibly professional and friendly aesthetician. I am so happy I found her. She does my waxing and does such a great job! Love it

Really nice experience. The ace is like a cocoon, the staff very friendly and accommodating. My massage was amazing, Christina, really listened to what I explained to her and focused on those problem areas.

I scheduled myself a massage for my birthday last Thursday, and it was the best birthday gift. I had a 75 minute massage, and was offered CBD lotion. It was my first time coming to this spa, and the first time trying the CBD lotion. I felt so relaxed when I left. Julie was terrific, she was friendly and focused on the areas I requested. She also made sure to ask if the pressure was adequate enough.

I will definitely be coming back. The spa is also very clean, and staff is cautious when it comes to wearing a mask and having gloves on. Julie gave me the option of having her keep the gloves on or off. She did keep her mask on during the entire massage. Overall it was a great experience, when I checked out I also scheduled a massage for my husband. Highly recommend.

Yesterday I got the best haircut ever at my first visit to Terry Binns! Thank you, Blanca! My hair was growing out from a (not so good) razor cut pixie, and I had chopped on it a little. Blanca worked magic and now I have the bob cut I wanted. I was amazed and delighted! Couldn't stop smiling! Also Terry Binns has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. My new salon and hairstylist!

My son & I went for massages today, I was really impressed by the over all appearance of the spa but I must say Cristina did her thing. I will definitely make another visit there.

Everyone was so friendly and nice. I loved my experience here! The Esthetician who did both me and my sisters facial did such a great job. She went with the best facial based on what we each needed and made us feel really relaxed and beautiful in the end! No pressure to purchase any items but informed us on what we can use to help our skin as a daily use.

The only critics I would say is that the eyebrow wax wasn't too great because there was nothing done to the top of the brows or trimmings done for the length. That's usually a standard thing too when getting eyebrows waxed. The prices were a bit high but I think the facials and the quality of it was worth it. Just don't get waxed. I would definitely recommend my friends here and will be back myself!

Terry Binns has my distributor for 6 years. Ross is so accommodating and helpful. He has become more like a friend. They have the best products at the best prices! They do research for their clients and give upstanding customer service. I will never leave them as my distributor.

Had the most amazing facial with Anna Valdivia! She is well informed on the products they offer. I feel rejuvenated and my face feels so soft. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. I'll definitely be back.

My children purchased a gift certificate for my birthday to this spa. Let me start by saying I have experienced many spas across the country. Let me say hands down that Anna provided the most thorough facial that I have EVER received. The spa is tucked away, which can make it a challenge to find for first time customers. Once in the spa it was inviting clean warm and relaxing. With many spa services offered. I will be returning! Thank you Anna!

I get my Dermaplaning, facials and facial waxing done at Terry Binns Spa. They have the latest techniques, amazing aestheticians and it's SO relaxing! I always walk out with healthy, glowing skin

Booked a mani/pedi and massage for my wife's birthday. The person on the phone was amazing. Very patient and helpful. Once we arrived, the customer service was top notch. My wife loved it as well. Highly recommend this place, but make sure you know how to get there. It's in a condo complex, and there is no outside signage.

Words cannot describe how amazing Terry Binns Spa is! Terry Binns outcompetes all other salons in the KC metro area because of a myriad of reasons. First off, they hire the best of the best. For example, Sean and Blanca are amazing hairstylists. When I sit in either of their hair chair, I feel grateful knowing that I am in the best hands. Moreover, the entire atmosphere of Terry Binns makes me feel like I'm walking into a new world of luxury.

The overall professionalism, ambiance, and terrific services are truly fantastic. I love Terry Binns and wouldn't want to get a facial, my nails, or hair done anywhere else!

I've now gone to Terry Binns several times now for massages and had to finally leave a review. I love Cristina. From my pre-natal massages to treating myself for a relaxing spa session, I've always walked away really happy with my treatment. I've been to other spas for massages that feel like no more than someone applying your body lotion for you.

I spend the session frustrated and walk away frustrated. Never at Terry Binns. Cristina has a fantastic blend of relaxation and muscle work. She never rushes treatment and is just so easy to work with. I have a gift certificate for a facial and am so excited to try more. I really, really like it there. I will note if you're looking for a spa day experience with a group, this may not be your place. Their facilities are limited. If you're on your own getting a treatment or two, I highly recommend!

I had never gotten regular facials until I started seeing Amy at Terry Binns. She is fantastic! I have gotten several facials before here and there and just never felt the care, expertise & customization i experienced with Amy's facials. I am a regular now (which makes me hesitant to write the review because I don't want you booking up her schedule so I can't get in! LOL) Amy is thorough and in tune with your skin. She notices when your skin changes (I rarely do!) and responds with a recommendation if appropriate. Thank you Amy for keeping me fresh & my skin lovely :)

AMAZING. THE BEST EVER! I started going to Terry Binns when I was 24, 32 years ago. Through the years with my husbands career, we have relocated several times and there has never been a place where I have received a facial like you will get at Terry Binns. Since moving back to Kansas City, I have had a few facials at other places due to a gift certificate and Terry Binns still won hands down!

He has the most awesome staff and Yelena (Aesthetician) is amazing. If you think you are receiving a great facial, just try Terry Binns and book it with Yelena. You will be glad you did and probably upset that you have spent the kind of money in the past on the service you received from others. I recommend Terry Binns to everyone who comments on my skin.

They offer other kinds of services other than skincare such as hair services. It is a decent place, expect classy service. I went in for a massage it was pretty good, it took me forever to find the place but once I got there it was smooth. Christina paid exact attention to what I asked for and needed. I do recommend this place if you want to treat yourself for something nice, you wont be disappointed. I gave this 4 stars because it was good but not wow.

THE BEST! I live in Chicago and actually fly in town to get Terry's services. Lindsey does the best mani pedi's that last weeks and terry and his team (esp the massage. AMAZING!) is simply the best. I trust him completely and am 100% he can take care of ANY issue I may have. FABULOUS!
