I love the variety of products that they offer, but I have a few issues with them still. First, there's hardly ever prices on things. I end up needing to bring everything I'm even thinking about buying up to the register to ask how much it is before I can decide if I want it or not. I'd be more inclined to buy more things if I knew how much they cost.
My other issue is that everytime I have gone into this store, I have been dressed very masculine (like sweatpants, t shirt, and busted up Vans) and I've been approached by a store associate to offer help maybe twice? And that was only in passing as they were already helping someone else. Mind you, I've been here a good 9 or 10 times now. It's not an entirely new experience, I've received the same treatment at other makeup stores or even clothing stores, but it's a touch disappointing to experience it in a pro store.
Whenever I check out and they ask if anyone helped me, I always say no because no one has. And they always seem surprised that I have an account, and even more so surprised that I have a pro account. I love this store, and I'm gonna keep shopping here because it has usually everything I need, but it's just a little unfortunate.

I made an online order for several ABH palettes and the shipment came in busted. I reached out by email and phone. Rafael was SO FAST at responding to my concerns! He sent me new palettes that were wrapped to absolute perfection. They reached my door in only 2 days all the way from Cali to Texas. Thank you Naimies for killin the glam and customer service game. Y'all helped me level up

Understocked and understaffed :. I used to be in loveeeee with this store until I discovered Nigels. I also rather order my things online directly from companies at this point. I stopped coming because I'm always in the store a lot longer than necessary because there are few workers. And the last time I came, I asked for the z-palette machine and the worker asked me if I was "okay with the price", and the way she said it was giving "can you afford this?" which was very disgusting.
I had NO idea how much it was going to cost since the price was not listed anywhere, but I also didn't ask because it didn't matter. I knew I needed it and I wanted it. I don't know why she asked me that. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way but that's been my experience pretty much every time I go. I will say it was nice to see a black person working there for once. In all the years I've been coming to the store, I cannot recall seeing a black employee.
