I have a very hard time trusting people touching my platinum blonde hair but Donna always takes my anxieties away by communicating with me, making me feel comfortable, and being extra attentive to my hair. When I left the salon it was the softest and healthiest it had felt in years! She is a pro at doing blondes but is awesome at everything else I could possibly want too. 10/10 only person I'm letting do my hair from now on

I got a haircut from Dan today and he is indeed the man. To my fellow bros, this is why you tell supercuts to kick rocks and go to a legit salon. Dan took his time, had excellent attention to detail, helpful suggestions, and stuck the landing with the end result. This man knows hair science. You can trust him with yours. I always go to Colleen when I get my hair done and she does a great job! She is super experienced and usually pretty fast!

Complete waste of my time. Booked a 5pm appointment 3 weeks in advance for a vibrant color because they said they could do it, despite my double checking about finishing late. Then the day of the appointment, they call me twice and text me at work to come in earlier. Then I get there as early as I can after work (30 minutes early) and the stylist Bailey literally spends 40 minutes trying to talk me out of getting my hair done because ultimately "I don't want us to be here until 10 pm." I was even willing to pay her exorbitant $500-800 fees.

She made about a hundred different excuses for why she couldn't do my hair, especially the number of foils it was going to take and how long it would take (eye roll). I'm not a novice when it comes to hair coloring, but she seems to be. In sum -- LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNSKILLED.

Amazing hair care. I only trust Maribou with my hair cut. They never disappoint. I'm not a regular to any particular hair dresser, but whomever I have interacted with have been awesome! Recently heard that they're closing the Sutter St. location, sad to hear that. Will have to find a new go to location for next time.

I've been going to Mary for probably 2 years now and every single time she always nails exactly what I want. I always leave the salon super happy and taking lots of selfies. I had several family members get a balayage from Kat and they looked amazing. I then too got a balayage and it came out exactly how I wanted it. I am very picky and rarely walk away satisfied. I am more than happy with my hair and will definitely be returning and referring her to everyone I know. The price is fair also and they have great incentives for referrals.

With my referral discount the price was SO reasonable for the best shampoo, cut and style that I have had in a long time. Erin is wonderful and really loves what she does. I like that she is constantly taking classes to stay current. Tell them I sent you for 20.00 off.

I have been a customer of Maribou's for years. My stylist is Megan Dimmitt. She is one of the most senior stylist there and she is amazing. Expert on coloring, and will work with you to get the style and results your looking for. I won't go to anyone else. She's the bomb!
