I've been to several salons in the sac area and even tried a salon in Las Vegas but the results I've gotten from getting a wax and bleach treatment at this salon were immediate. Suzi was very informative and thorough with every step. I've gotten 30 min treatments before with no results but with only 1 procedure I noticed results immediately at charmed salon. This is definitely the best salon to go to in the Sacramento area

I went in for my first ever lash extentions appointment with Valerie. She was nice and gave me a " Natural" set for a good price point. I was happy to agree to buy the 4 fills for 120$. After one fill she would never get me in. She accused me of missing an appointment and that being responsible for eating up on of the fills. Every time I made a fill appointment she canceled.
She said she was having issues with her daughter. Eventually I just asked for my money back. She said yes. Then she apologized and said she would put a check in the mail. The check never came. She booked me once more. At this point I said " please just hand me the cash back if you have to cancle for any reason ". She got bitchy with me. A still never got my three fills or any cash back. I was robber. Even after being very kind through the whole thing, and tipping her for the work she did do,

They "don't do hair anymore" it's not "on the menu" while their listings on multiple sites indicate that they do. Not that this would be an entirely large issue, but while calling their place of business they rudely address the issue in the manner stated above. If I ever need any of the services you actually provide I'll be sure to go somewhere else. Also texting me because of a bad review was a bit odd?!?
