Michael Azoulay in the Greenwich salon is the best stylist I have ever had. I drive 1 3/4 hrs to have Michael cut my hair knowing that I will leave happy with the results.

A very disappointing experience at WT salon. I booked my appointment at 11am and I arrived there on time. However, I was kept waiting for almost half an hour and was told that my hair stylist is on his way. Until the manager showed up and told me that the stylist is no longer answering his phone and if I can rebook at 1pm! I was so amused by how disrespectful of people's time they are and how easily a promise of calling back after I walked out to rearrange some other time was not fulfilled by the staff. I had very important plans that day and they simply ruined it and had to cancel everything because of there incompetence.

Another stellar review for my favorite hairstylist, Claudio Baldone. He truly has my best interest at heart when it comes to my hair's health and style. He knows exactly what looks good with my texture and natural color and he'll give me the perfect color too if I wanted to do that again! My hair looks good from day 1 and grows out beautifully until my next cut.

I really don't need to actually write anything because the photos speak for themselves! Thank you, Claudio, for making my hair healthy and classy every time. See you again soon!

If you come to this Salon avoid Claudio, he will be nice the first appointments, then he'll take over and you'll be sitting for hours because he takes other customers. Last time, my appointment was at 9 am and when I arrived sharp he told me he had someone else. I left the salon past 12 pm. I do think someone has to put the house in order. The salon is pristine, the booking & checkout is seamless, the location is the best. I hope to receive a better experience with a new hair specialist.

Chris may be the best colorist in the metro area. His expertise is readily apparent. Sara C did a terrific blowout and I'll definitely come back to her. Salon is clean, friendly and comfortable.

I always come here to get my hair done by Heidi and she does a stunning job! This time I brought my mother and grandmother who got their hair done by Eric and Oscar. Both stylists were amazing! Eric was able to give my mom style she's been aiming for for years! And Oscar gave my grandmother's short hair such beautiful volume! I cannot recommend Warrent Tricomi at The Plaza enough, their entire staff is so kinda and helpful. The experience feels absolutely luxurious.

A year into leaving Manhattan for Westport, I was on a serious search for a new colorist. I am super delighted to have found the perfect color professional at Warren Tricomi in Greenwich. Niccole is an exceptionally talented colorist and the perfect go-to for high-end, magazine worthy blonde color. Having thick, long and dark hair, it is truly a testimony to Niccole's technique that I leave the salon very happily with a beautiful, light and bright color! Ginger and Casey have both done my blow out. Totally worth the time and money as they are each highly skilled at making my thick, wavy and very long hair look fabulously straight, sleek and glossy.

I see Elie at the salon and is the best! Not only very charming, but extremely talented!

I go to Tonya for color and Casey for cut. I have long, thick, frizzy hair that isn't easy to manage. They both execute exactly what I envision and they make it look easy. I've never loved getting my hair done professionally before coming to these two. Also would add that I've always been treated warmly by the front desk. I now live in Tribeca and still make the trip to Greenwich just for WT.

My experience as a repeat customer has been positive on each visit. Clear Covid check-in process. Salon is always clean. Friendly greeting and consult on men's haircut. Sara C always does a great job at making my difficult to manage hair look good. Always is friendly and positive and has some good suggestions on styling and haircare. I would recommend this stylist.

Shameless price gouging. Made an appt with a stylist that charges reasonable prices compared to her colleagues. I was called a few days before my appointment to be told she no longer worked there (first red flag) and was paired with a new stylist, not thinking too much of it. Turns out this woman charged $450 for highlights, which is twice the price that I paid AT THIS SALON literally two months ago. Despicable.

I will never be returning, and I will tell everyone I know TO NEVER GO TO WARREN TRICOMI. Also great job to the managers for (I hope accidentally) sending out that email a few months ago encouraging stylists to increase their prices for god knows why to every single one of their clients. I should've known then not to return to Warren Tricomi.

Went into Warren Tricome today for my highlight. They said that my stylist called in sick. I did not get the message. They offered me a senior stylist for over double the money. They said that they could not reduce the price for me. I rearranged my whole day. They said sorry but that a senior stylist would not accept less than 400.00 for the highlight and that there was nothing they could do for me. Ridiculous money grubbing

Definitely 5 stars for Tricomi in Greenwich. I was visiting friends in Ct and they recc the salon. I needed a one process and my highlights had not been done since COVID. Silvie is a fantastic colorist She knew the perfect formula for my hair. The highlights look great I am extremely pleased with the results. Next time I need color, I'll make an appointment with her even though I live in Manhattan. The salon is COVID compliant Temperatures r taken, everyone is wearing masks, social distancing between clients. The front desk receptionist is friendly and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you're blonde. I usually go to HairThrone in NYC, but decided to try this place out so made the trek over. The whole experience was bizarre and the whole time I was getting my hair done, my hair stylist was chatting with her coworkers and laughing and saying inappropriate remarks, which is whatever, but not really what you want to listen to for 3 hours.

My color came out horrible -- orange and brassy, when usually my blonde comes out perfect and just how I want it. I can't believe I spent $400 on something that is so embarrassing, I had to fix elsewhere the next day.

Just has my first appointment there yesterday (i just moved to the area) and loved Haley who did my full head of highlights - she was so quick but still thorough, definitely the shortest time I've ever spent in a chair for color! Don't be fooled though, just because it was quick did not mean it was rushed - she just clearly knew her stuff and knew her craft, and was so great.

She checked on my color twice during my blowout to make sure it came out well when it was drying. My cut and blowout was done by Elie - he is AMAZING. Truly a master, and hands down the best cut and blowout I've ever had. Definitely found my place and my people in my new neighborhood. Also the salon itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Not a single piece of criticism or wish for anything better or different.

Warren Tricomi charged $190.00 to pick up your color during the pandemic. While most salons were charging a nominal fee to their loyal customers, Warren Tricomi charged more! The front desk is also very rude. Do not go- not worth the money!

I asked for the same hair color I had for some time. 1st red flag was that the stylist did not look closely at my hair. Nor did she ask any questions. She rushed away and appeared with her little dish of color. She did "recommend" that I get a different color near my face and insisted it would be flattering. (I had my doubts). As it was drying, something seemed wrong.

When dried, the color around my face was silver! (not blonde) and the back of my hair looked lavender. I was horrified. They showed minor concern but said that I should return to have it fixed. Instead I went to another salon for a complete correction. I also noticed a nanny I had fired cutting hair there. She never mentioned attending beauty school so I found this surprising.

Obsessed. I was first really intimidated because it's "Warren Tricomi" and I thought only the rich and famous go there. But after a different salon totally screwed up my hair color (3 times I might add in the span of 2 weeks) I had no choice but to go to WC. I am SOO HAPPY I DID. First of all, everyone there is so sweet and friendly, I don't know why people are saying everyone there has an attitude. Second. Katherinne is the best of the best.

I had a STRAIGHT LINE through my hair on ever layer. And in one sitting she completely fixed my whole head of hair while also making sure my hair was going to stay healthy! I am so impressed and can't recommend her enough. Also, I was there for 4 hours and I had a blast. She was so much fun to talk to and just gab about whatever. I now see why warren tricomi got its reputation and I will never go else where EVER AGAIN!
