My wife loves this place, always getting her Mani-Pedi. It's also great they do gift certificates so Gift Giving is a breeze for me. They are also super careful with covid. Masks, no indoor waiting so that is cool too.

After hearing from multiple people how good the massage therapist April is, I finely booked my first massage with her. She was amazing! I have been dealing with chronic back pain for 8 years now and she is the first therapist who knew exactly what to do for my specific needs! Extremely informative on why and when she uses different pressure and techniques. Walked out feeling like I could take a full breath again, for the first time, in a long time! I highly recommend her, ESPECIALLY if you suffer from severe or chronic back problems!

Wonderful destination for a kid's birthday party. My daughters we're treated to a full spa experience that was kid friendly. The staff is attentive and very familiar with working with kids. Highly recommended this location for a party.

Lauren was super sweet and taught me some new tricks on how to take care of my nasty heels in between pedicures. Great Experience!

April and her magic fingers (and sometimes elbows!) are awesome. I had some lower back pains and now they all are gone. I will have to go more than once a year, not only because it helps keep my muscles from being so tight but it's a way to pamper myself (it's not just for women!).

We had our daughters 6 year old birthday party at Elagance Salon and Spa. It was a wonderful experience! They are very good with children of all abilities! Tammy was nice to work with and helped plan a princess experience. All the salon specialists were great!

Just had our daughter's 5th birthday party here and it was so much fun! Tammy, Gail, Lauren and all the employees did such a great job! Can't wait to come back and do another one!

I have had several experiences at Elegance. My first was for all the girls in my wedding party. We had all kinds of services and everyone left so happy. Then I came in with a picture from Pinterest for Katie. My hair has been so dark for so long that I knew it would be very difficult to achieve what I was asking for. She took her time and was so thorough I felt I was in very capable hands. It turned out better than I expected! I will for sure be back!

I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon than I've had at Elegance. The saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply here, buyer be warned! The prices are outrageously expensive and the quality is sub par to say the least. My friend rented out the salon the day before her wedding & ALL of us (10 people) had similar experiences. None of our mani/pedi's were painted like professionals.

French manicure lines weren't straight and every finger had different size "lines, " some of us didn't even have paint on our entire nail. I have done my own nails (shellac) for over 5 years. I'm very particular and hardly ever get my nails done because 1. It's cheaper to do it myself and 2. I feel bad nit-picking small things most people wouldn't notice.

But because I was standing up in my friends wedding & she rented out the salon, I wanted to enjoy the experience with the girls. When it was my turn the lady got this tool to take off the shellac. I said I would rather have her soak them off, that tool ruined my nails once before & it took MONTHS for my nails to grow out. She assured me it wouldn't and we argued for a few minutes regarding the issue & told me they don't do that anymore because the tool was faster.

We came to the agreement that she could test it on my pinky and if I didn't like it she would soak the rest. Well she seemed to go really light and my nail seemed just as hard as before so I reluctantly said okay to the rest. I just soaked off the paint, which chipped after two days (a good shellac paint job should last AT least 2 weeks) and my nails are paper thin, it literally hurt trying to get the polish off.

I'm not sure if it was the fact we argued about how to remove the shellac because she was the "professional" or it was just the tool itself but they are ruined. The bride had the EXACT same issue, her nails were extremely weak even with the shellac, which it should actually make your nails stronger. After everything was said and done I ended up paying $115!

I was getting a basic mani/pedi combo for $65 but because of their unclear pricing I was robed. I have NEVER written a review but I couldn't let them get away with this. I'm beating myself up that I even let them touch my once beautiful nails.

DON'T DO IT. I booked this salon for a nail party the night before my wedding. First, on arrival we were directed into the private room and rudely asked where everyone was. While we were in here, there were people leaving from nail area anyway. I answered, they are on their way, they should be here soon. They stated, "well we have to get on schedule!" (Mind you I booked from 5pm-10pm and had less people due to cancelled flights).

I had to come up with the solution to start with someone else and adjust schedule accordingly. The shellac was taken off my a drill and even with the new shellac my nails bent backwards while washing my hair that night. None of my French tip lines were straight or the same size. My toes were not dry and got bumped, when it was redone the "tip" wasn't white, it was pink due to putting the color over the top of just one.

On my honeymoon two nails broke due to the weakness. Still to this day even short they bend backwards. Worst nail experience, they made me feel as if they were rushed, their work was below average, and not to mention overpriced for it.
