The stylist there named Stephanie is the worst! I came in for a night appointment. I wanted low lights added to my blond. I had to take my contacts out by the ending of the appointment. It was dark and late, I thought it looked good until the next morning when I was horrified. I had nothing but Grey! I was charged 240$ I tipped 60$. I reached out to her where she then accused me of basically wanting free highlights, and said I needed to dig deeper into my soul questioned my faith.was a total B*#@h. Obviously, I can afford highlights.
I did in fact tip her 60$. The Co owner was very professional and wanted me to come in.however I was just disgusted. I went to Mane Attraction and Tammy fixed me right up 95$.very sweet and professional!

I bought a Local Groupon for a 60 minute massage with Kendra. When I scheduled the appointment, it was around the time when businesses were being shut down for being "non-essential". It was just a whole lot of uncertainty and DHEC guidelines such as social distancing and masks weren't even a thing yet. Kendra had texted me one day asking if I wanted to come in the next afternoon.
I agreed. However, the next afternoon, I changed my mind. She asked if I was coming and I told her I couldnt make it. This was in March. Fast forward to today, September 11th. I texted her and reminded her who I was and asked if she had an opening. She told me that since I hadn't given 24hr notice when I cancelled, she wouldn't accept my groupon. Even though she made the appointment less than 24hrs beforehand.
She told me I'd have to also put a deposit down before she'd schedule me. Very rude. I feel she should have taken the circumstances into consideration. But I wouldn't feel comfortable enough to get a massage here at this point. Someone who acts like that shouldn't be in the service business. I seriously doubt she makes good money. Needless to say, I traded my Groupon for a better service elsewhere. Her loss.
