This is the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. The technician does not know what is she doing and is slow. I was the only client here and my appointment started 15 minutes late. The pedicure chairs are ungodly uncomfortable. Go somewhere else. This place is a dump.

Wow! I have never had anyone treat me as well as Lorraine did. She made me feel special and treated me as though I was a top client, but it was my first time going. It was a pleasure having my hair done by Maddison. She really took the time to listen and ask questions to understand what I wanted-plus, she is absolutely hilarious! I can be a demanding client, and I was long overdue for some hair help, so I greatly appreciate her patience and thoroughness-and her skill! Went today for a haircut and Tiffany (I may have misspelled her name) was very helpful and wonderful. She was very honest with me about the haircut I was thinking of getting and suggested otherwise very professionally. The haircut was beautifully done. I have very thick hair and in the past I've had many stylists be rough with my hair, but Tiffany was the most gentle. Thank you!

I have had the best experiences at this salon! I have a ton of long, thick, curly hair and the stylists are wonderful at advising me on the the best cuts for my hair type and routine. The stylists at this salon are constantly participating in new trainings so that they are up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Ambiance!

I love this Salon and have been coming here for years to get my hair cut and colored, as well as styled for dances. Tifainie is a great stylist, and I have been satisfied every time! Highly recommend!

I followed Stacy here from working with her at the airport and then Le Beaute, and for good reason. I had tried to dye my hair (and beard - EEK) with some leftover box dye at Halloween and it looked atrocious. Even after letting it fade out and trying to dye back to the original color at least twice, it still looked pretty bad. Stacy fixed me right up.

It looked great and never showed any roots or anything. This was probably six months ago now. She took good care of my wife, too. The shop is clean, cozy, and convenient, too.

Stay away from this salon. Stylist doesn't have the confidence to not be intimidated by someone who has a lot of hair. She seemed inexperienced and even admitted her years of experience was as a nail technician, not as a hair stylist. Salon shouldn't market their stylists as very good, when after talking for a half hour and providing 4 pictures she still wasn't able to have the guts to cut my hair. Then said it is almost closing time at 7:00 and knew she couldn't do what I needed her to do. Complete waste of my time.

I never knew this salon was here as it is kind of tucked in a corner of a strip mall, but made an appointment last minute when I needed a new place to go and I'm happy I did. I have seen Jerusha here two times now and she is so great! She is very communicative about what you want and I am happy with how my hair turns out. Everyone is so nice & the environment is very inviting! I really recommend to everyone to try this hidden gem.

Took my 10 year old sister in for a cut and style and we weren't at all satisfied with the results. The stylist said she couldn't do a style because she "didn't have time" so we said ok to 4 French braids. It was sad to see she couldn't even do basic French braids and claimed she "hadn't done it in a long time."

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my nails done. I chose this place as it was close to my home and seemed promising. Beautiful interior, very peaceful ambiance inside. I got the gel polish manicure and I am very happy with how they turned out. Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful as it was my first time getting a gel manicure.

She was meticulous with her work, making sure each nail looked perfect. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness! Pleasant conversation throughout my appointment without being overly chatty. I am definitely considering coming back to get my hair done and will definitely be getting my nails done regularly here.

I worked with them to book all my appointments for my wedding and they were great to work with. Accommodated to come to the hotel for a small surcharge and very easy to schedule appointments with!

Ambiance has a really beautiful interior, and all the staff I spoke to were very friendly and professional. They have a nice level of service - they offer to hang up your coat (handy, in Minnesota winter) and a choice of beverages. I had my hair done by Sam, and it was probably the best haircut I've had! I wanted a big change, and Sam was really helpful; she's great at figuring out what you have in mind and suggesting elements of color/cut to suit you and really make it yours.

My hair turned out a-w-e-s-o-m-e. even better than I had hoped for, and I will definitely recommend a visit without reservation. I plan to see Sam again, but I know the rest of the staff is very skilled - for ex. a relative of mine has seen Amber for a cut/color and her hair looked great. Do give Ambiance a try if you're in the area!

I go here to get my haircut on a regular basis. I am always greeted by a friendly receptionist who promptly gets me checked in for my appointment. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the haircut is always great! Highly recommend this establishment!

By far the WORST salon experience I've had. And I've been to quite a few. I went in for coloring and showed them multiple pictures and my hair ended up green! As well as the stylist leaving dye in my hair. When I called to ask them to fix it the receptionist hung up on me 3 times! Then they wouldn't even touch it till 4 days later and they wanted to charge me to fix it claiming they undercharged me the first time, which is clearly a fault on their part, not mine.

They made up multiple excuses to try to charge me on top of that, because they normally don't charge to fix hair. All in all they treat you like you don't know anything and we're very rude. I will never be going back to this salon.

Very nice appointed spa. Strip mall on the outside, but very nice spa experience inside. Get the Cadillac version of a pedicure. The mud masque and paraffin were great. The ladies took a lot of time on the foot and leg massage and very very nice! Highly recommend

If I could give my mani and pedi experience zero stars, I would. First, other than the fact that the salon is beautiful, there is nothing "spa-like" at all about how they treat clients. I asked to have gel polish removed and replaced by gel polish, my manicurist didn't even really seem to know what gel polish was. She proceeded to shred my nails until they were paper-thin and peeling because she said they didn't have the "right equipment" to remove gel polish.

The "8-day" polish barely lasted 24 hours, and was bubbling and peeling before I was out the door. My daughter also had a mani and pedi and her nails were only painted to the lunula, causing the polish to peel from the bottom, up. All this fun for a mere $225! You couldn't pay me to return to Ambiance. Dreadful experience all the way around.

Love my stylist Lisa! She always does an amazing job - I love the way my hair looks every time. She listens to what I want and does it so it looks good with my hair type. I have very long, thick hair and she gets highlights, cut and style done in a very reasonable time (usually 2 hours whereas I've had stylists elsewhere take 3-4 hours and not at a school either!). I also love the atmosphere at Ambiance.it is very elegant, professional and relaxing inside.
