I went to visit the nail shop because I needed a fill. I am a black woman, I walked in behind a group of black women who were there for separate services. When I walked in there behind them, the shop addressed the group of women. The women then sat down and I was standing at the door for about five minutes. No one addressed me so I decided to acknowledge the first lady I saw.
She scoffed me off and told me to sit down and wait. I waited for 30 minutes as I watched 10 different women walk in an out during this time period. They told the women who walked in that they were unavailable because they were busy. Then 30 minutes later after I had been sitting there they walked up to me and told me they could not take me. No one attempted to reschedule a time that could fit my availability.
They coldly barely apologized. I believe it's because I'm a young black woman, or at least I look a lot younger than I am. This was my first experience here, and my last. Very disappointing. I will never waste my time with these people again! I don't care who gave them a great rating.

This place is one of my favorites and the staff is always welcoming and efficient. But had a bad experience the last week, was attended to by someone who has never done my nails before, 1st of all she took very long time, and then a day later, my nails were already pilling, called the place for redo, even after a week, she couldn't accommodate my repairs. Walked around with bad nails and ended up going to another nails spa to redo my nails. Twas really a waste of my time and money. The picture below shows a day after there were done

EVERYTHING ABOUT MY VISIT WAS GREAT! I'm new to the state and area. On my very first visit, Amy did my nails and Lily did my pedicure. Both were excellent! The customer service was great, treatment was great, the color is perfect! I absolutely will return. Next time I will be sure to make an appointment so that I can get them both again!

I had the most horrible experience and service. I told the nail technician that I was no longer interested in gel polish she refused to listen. She never treated my cuticles. Told me I was dry. The polish was bubbling up on my nails and she said well it's then polish that's the problem and would not it until I insisted strongly. My nails are thick and misshapen and not uniformed.
They do not look natural. They have dents in them. I brought this to her attention and she said she wasn't done. I asked her who did her nails I want that same natural look straight from the cuticle as you. She said no you have tips. They did not have all advertised gel polishes. Which was another reason why I stated that I did not want gel polish on my nails multiple times. This was horrible. The pictures speak for themselves. Just got those done less than hour of this post.
