A few days ago I had an appointment with them but I couldn't show up I canceled my appointment 5 days before and they still took money from my card $68 dollars for not showing up this is a robbery for not showing up for my appointment when it was their fault for not deleting me and still charging me that price is not fair for not showing up I will have to call my bank to cancel this transaction

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They knew I was a little anxious about batting my hair cut due to a bad experience at another salon so they were extra sensitive to my needs. I got a beautiful haircut from Ryan. He honestly looked at my pictures of ideas and listened to my issues and problem areas. He gave me what I wanted and it looks great! I highly recommend this salon.

Leslie! I have seen other stylists over the years and I always come back. She NEVER disappoints on outcome, and always works with me even when I'm indecisive. Not to mention, she is never boring to sit and talk with during the process! The owner Ryan always says hello cause I've been there often enough that he knows me despite never being in his chair.
I have been here on and off for 14 years but Leslie will always be my top choice! I have also made referrals to her for colleagues and complete strangers that compliment my hair. I'll always recommend this stylist to anyone searching!

I was given a gift card to Barclay's Salon and was not pleased with my results. I showed the manager who cut my hair a picture of how I wanted my hair to be colored and my hair was the complete opposite. When making my appointment, I requested to have a stylist who was the best with coloring. As you can see from my pictures attached, my hair did not resemble my example shown at all.
The comments from my fiance and friends were very upsetting. They said my hair looked grey, yellow, and a greenish tone. I have e-mailed and left multiple voicemails trying to speak to someone to resolve this issue and no one has contacted me to make my experience better. I spent close to $300 and will not be returning to this salon.

Very classy, respectable, and friendly atmosphere. I've only been there twice now and regardless of each stylist you ALWAYS get a perfect hair cut! I have a very intricate BOB hair style and thinning hair. Yet I leave feeling pretty and fulfilled. Absolutely a lovely place! And will always return faithfully.thank YOU!

I don't normally write these, but Barclay's Hair Design deserves the full 5 star review! I'm always a little cautious going to new places to get my haircut but Barclay's made me feel at ease. The secretary is friendly and answers any questions you may have. Ryan cut my hair and trimmed my beard. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely be going back next month!

Leslie always does an awesome job with my 'do. I have been seeing her for over a decade, and I frequently get compliments on the cut and style between visits. She doesn't just cut the same style time after time, either. She'll adjust to my whims, or I'll leave my cut to her capable artistic talents. We've done color as well with fun results. She's wonderful.
