I can't even share my experience because about two weeks ago I was looking for a salon. I had remembered hearing about Duncan Edward salon. I called chatted with the receptionist for about 5/6 minutes and she got me in with a cancellation with katlin. My appointment was for 8 am. I normally don't make appointments that early, and I was driving from about 30 minutes away.

I woke up early excited for my appointment drove all the way there to find out not ONLY WAS I NOT ON THE SCHEDULE FOR THAT TIME, BUT NOT ON IT AT ALL! The stylist who it wasn't her fault was absolutely no help and offered nothing but I'm sorry. What a unprofessional, let down. I am literally fuming. I was so excited wasted the gas for nothing. I would give 0 stars if I could. Update I was not offered another appt.

I was asked if there was anything she could do? Not I can get you in in 5 or 10 min. There were no other stylist there. So I was not going to be serviced anytime soon. So that is why I declined, after waiting 2 weeks and driving 30 minutes one way, I wasn't driving home and coming back! I called in with the first thing out of my mouth was I am looking for a new salon, aka a new client.also gave MY PHONE NUMBER! Matter a fact the girl who booked my appointment and chatted with me about finding a new salon mentioned her father was the owner. Do better!

I've been going to see Aaron for over 10 years. He always gives me the most badass haircuts. He's a funny dude and we always joke around. This is wonderful environment to be and I praises everyone that works here. You won't be disappointed with a new look. Service: Haircut

My special needs, non-cognitive 16 year daughter needed a well over due haircut as she does not generate her temperatures and does not sweat as well, as she will eat her hair. I scheduled her a haircut with Casey and informed him of these issues and he was very tentative, empathetic and understanding of her needs and he and the receptionist instantly put on a mask as she is immune compromised as well.

He was very patient with her as she is non - cognitive and doesn't understand directions. He did an amazing job on her hair and even suggested some things such as cutting the underneath to help keep her cooler during these hotter months. He was very friendly and kind and extremely knowledgeable. I love my daughter's haircut! Thank you Casey!

For 10 years I would bounce from one salon/stylist to another but once I started at Duncan Edwards I knew I found my salon. For the last 10+ years I have been going to Duncan Edwards and Natasha makes me feel like a rock star. I have incredibly thick hair and she has always given me the best highlights and haircuts. Both of my children also love coming to Duncans. Having been a customer for a while I have noticed the strong relationships and longevity of stylists which tells me a lot about Duncan as an employer and the customer loyalty to their stylists. I'm a lifelong madisonian and I highly recommend this salon!

I've been going to Natasha at Duncan Edward for years. Each time I come out feeling like she knows me, knows my hair and what it is going to do after I leave the salon. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and make you feel like you are a part of the family. Thanks, Natasha and Duncan Edward salon! I was really nervous to have someone fix my hair, but Casey did an excellent job going from a dark color to a lighter and vibrant color. I wanted something fun; and boy did he deliver! It's both fun, and I can rock it at work! Best of both worlds. It was such a nice environment at the salon (very important if you have to spend a couple hours with a person).

I honestly wasn't sure what I would be leaving with, but I didn't know it would be more confidence. Thank you Casey for giving me what I didn't know I needed! I will surely be back for all my hair styling and color needs! :). The only thing that would make this place better is if they served ham sandwiches.

I've been getting my haircut at Duncan Edwards since I was a little girl and now that I'm in my 20s, I've never gone anywhere else! This place is so incredible and I have endless positive things to say about them! The hospitality is amazing, with the most friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and most importantly, incredible hair styling. I really couldn't say a single bad thing about Duncan Edwards, they really are the best in Madison! I currently get my hair done by Katelin and my mom goes to Duncan, however I can say that every stylist does amazing work, just by seeing their work on other customers!

It was my first time at Duncan Edward, and they did not disappoint! I really wasn't sure where to get my hair done in Madison and thought I would give them a try. It was honestly the best cut & highlight I've gotten anywhere, I was so impressed and so happy with it. They were so professional and friendly. Aaron was amazing I highly recommend! I felt like it was really reasonably priced and they were really efficient.

I left feeling satisfied and really happy with my experience there which can be hard to find. I don't normally leave reviews but I'm so pleased with my hair and feel like they run such a great business that I had to share my experience.

I've been to many hair salons in town, and all ended in disappointment. this time was different. after 4 years away from hair salons, i decided to try Duncan Edward based on reviews. i went in for partial silver hair color. and this was my first time having my hair dyed. i've dark chestnut hair, which took time to bleach but i loved how it turned out. it was exactly what i wanted. Casey was exceptionally friendly and easygoing, and made me feel comfortable.

I enjoyed the conversation and professionalism. He thanked me for coming both in the beginning and at the end. the salon itself is beautiful and clean. it has a charming vibe. the staff is welcoming. i got compliments from different staff members. they served coffee multiple times. i also got a discount coupon with chocolate at the end of the session. i truly loved the whole experience. thank you for the excellent work and chatting Casey!
