Received a gift card for this place. Then Covid hit. Apparently after a year, the gift cards start losing value. They only extended the time period where they don't lose value by 3 months due to Covid. What kind of a business has their gift cards lose value? They got their money. Seems shady. It leaves me with such a bad taste, I don't even know if I want to redeem them. Don't want to support this practice. It should be illegal.

Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. Great massage, great service!

I received a gift card for Indulge Spa for my birthday and I purchased the Tip Toes package (manicure/pedicure). Karissa did both my nails and toes and she was absolutely fabulous! She was super welcoming, patient with my indecisiveness with which color I was going to do, and her attention to detail was impressive. She is a pro at nail art and created the cutest flowers for me. I love the finished product and it was a way better experience than going to the average nail shop. Thanks Karissa!

I used to love coming here every two weeks but the last time I called for an appointment the peraon on the other end of tje phone acted like I was bothering them and was quite rude. I will be going elsewhere.

Loved my massage with Joanna. Will be returning for the muscle melt treatment. Absolutely necessary for someone who does a lot of leg-focused training.

I took my boyfriend here for a birthday spa day. He got a pedicure and a massage. While he was getting his massage I went ahead and got my nails done. I LOVED the woman we were serviced by! Kyla was sweet, professional and so much fun to talk to. The reason why I'm rating the experience a 4, though is due to the lack of nude nail color options for darker skin tones.

I wanted a dark brown nude color for my nails but had to settle for a shimmery gold color because they lacked the range of nude options for people of color. The only reason why I'd return is for Kyla's wonderful services (but that's about it. People of color shouldn't come here to get their nails done if they're looking for something that looks good on their complexion), and my boyfriend really enjoyed his massage and pedicure.

Had a great experience here. Loved that you can get cozy in a robe abs slippers even just for a massage. 90 minute massage is recommended- so relaxing.

Every person I've had massages from has been gentle and kind. The business is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Indulge really cares about their guests and their mission. Don't hesitate to give them a try!

I have driven down there two separate times to try to purchase a group of gift cards, including today, all during their "business hours". Everytime I go the doors are locked and a note saying they went home early. If I can't get in the door to spend money what are the chances that people will be able to get in to use the gift certificates. Really unprofessional and wasting people's time. I'll spend my money someplace that's reliable.

It was my first time ever and it was one of the most relaxing and wonderful things I have ever experienced! I did the 99 minute Goddess massage and WOW. Lindsay did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and comfortable! And the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart! Totally recommend!

First time I have ever been to a Spa and first time I have ever gotten my legs waxed. I really loved it! The atmosphere of Indulge really did help me relax (even though I have chronic anxiety) and I ended up enjoying the time there a lot. I most definitely will come back sometime! Michelle did the waxing and she was great! Love the results too!

Had a great massage from Elias today. Highly recommend him! Told him about waking up with lower back pain. He concentrated on my hip flexor muscles. He is very professional. Thank you.

Went to this spa for the first time on Friday for a massage by Julina and facial by Judy and was pleased with the relaxing services they provided. They, including the receptionist, were attentive to my needs and were personable and helpful. The space is small, but suitably quiet and cozy. Additionally, their efforts in keeping their facilities clean and patrons safe are clearly carried out. All in all, I recommend this spa.

I was very pleased with my visit to Indulge. I got a facial and a massage. Both estheticians were super professional in explaining everything they were doing/using and provided a very relaxing experience. The space is very clean and relaxing, for being a standalone spa.

This was my second mani-pedi with Candice. The first experience was so amazing that I had to go back! Prior to my first visit in May, I was self conscious to get a pedicure due to negative experiences at many other nail spas. (I had been made to feel uncomfortable about the condition of my feet from running.) At my first visit with Candice, I apologized in advance for my feet and explained that I ran and had had previous negative experiences and comments from other nail technicians at other nail spas.

She felt so bad that I had had those experiences and said that there was no need to apologize. She continued to make me feel more and more comfortable and relaxed. The second visit was even better for this reason! Candice expertly applied polish to the nail on both my fingers and toes. (No extra polish on cuticles or surrounding skin on fingers or toes!) I had shellac applied to my fingernails and regular polish to my toes. I will definitely look forward to my next visit while enjoying my beautiful fingers and toes.

I had scheduled today what I was hoping to be a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon and it came nothing short of a nightmare. My shellac manicure and pedicure took just about 4 hours to complete and I had to pass on my scheduled massage. The older gal that did my nails said numerous times that she's not familiar with doing shellac manicures and I was the guinea pig for her 1st shellac pedicure.

The polish job is atrocious; I wasted over $100 for a piss poor experience. I didn't leave the technician any tip for that exact reason; I asked the spa coordinator for a full refund as I didn't receive the results that justifies the cost. We shall see if they follow through.

If you are looking for a serious deep tissue massage here, get the Renew massage and be sure you get Lindsey Hagany. She is fantastic as finding all the tight spots and the muscles that needed more attention. She is one that will ensure you are getting the right pressure, and she's a great person to talk to. She's very attentive to the body and even recommended some stretching exercises. I would go see her again, any time.

I went to the spa to get a massage which was. Great. However a week later I had a facial which was horrible. The person did not introduce herself and her 10 minutes head and neck shoulder massage wAs terrible. I should have stopped the service in middle of the facial. The extractions were so painful and there was nothing relaxing about the facial which is what I signed up for.

I notified management with photos of red marks on my face the next day and no follow up. Then I sent a second email canceling a future massage appointment and once they realized I wasn't coming back is when I got a response. I got a discount on a future facial but that discount would not even come close to the $100 loss I experienced with the facial. Overall not the best experience and I am out $100.

Been here twice and have had great experiences both times: massage, facial, body wrap and pedicures. Each technician seems to know their area professionally. They are very friendly staff who respect your relaxation needs! Recommended!

My husband bought me a gift card to this place as a surprise. We have 3 kids and he wanted me to have a few hours out of the house to relax. I received a subpar Mediocre 1 hour full body Massage. The girl was nice but the massage itself left a lot to be desired. She seemed to focus on my face for about 10 minutes. That was very strange. I've had lots of full body massages and no one has ever massaged my nose, eyebrows, cheeks and face.

I was wearing make up and had my hair fixed before walking into the place. She pulled my hair out of a pony tail and then put it back up into a ponytail and repeated this step 3 times during the massage. I thought what is she doing? She has oil all over her hands. Why is she messing with my hair? I've had lots of massages. I've had my scalp massaged and the outline of my face before moving to my neck and shoulders during a full body massage but This was just super odd.

I could continue on about this extremely waste of time and money massage but it's almost to hard to believe. Let me just top it off by saying she talked to me on and off the entire hour. She made little jokes and would comment about things in the room or things she was doing and why she was focusing on my calves. How can I relax when the massage therapist won't shut up? I'm not hear to talk to you.

I just need you to massage my aching muscles and help relieve the stress, not cause me more. If you have things to tell me then ask questions and talk to me before the massage or take mental notes and talk to me after. I will never return to this establishment. I was so very disappointed. It was a total waste of 2 hours and $80.00.

Best massage this week. Love the atmosphere, relaxation room, and therapy room. Can't wait to come back.

Came here for a couples massage and pedicures. The salon is very nice and felt very welcoming. The massage room is very comfortable and our massage therapists were good. My therapist focused on my shoulders and neck as requested. The tables were very comfortable and I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! The couples massage ran 160 dollars for both of us which was a bit pricey.

Following the massage we got pedicures. The chairs were very uncomfortable and they were straight up and down rather than recliner. However the nail technician was excellent and very friendly. Pedicures were also pricey at $50. Overall the spa is very nice but pricey. I will likely return for a massage.

Great location, close to the mall. I enjoy their weekday specials and relaxing atmosphere.

Both my husband and I visit this spa and we have always had a great experience. The receptionist is always professional and the massages have always been great regardless of who gives them!

I called for a last minute appointment because, per the reviews, others had successfully done so. The receptionist was perfectly professional, and I was looking forward to my service. I agreed to the appointment time offered. I was asked for my credit card number, to keep on file. They have a policy requiring a credit card number to be kept on file, to charge for late cancellations (50%) or no-shows (100%).

This probably isn't a frequent means of theft, but intuitively it seems like a bad idea to voluntarily provide my personal financial information to someone I don't know or have reason to trust. No thank you. I politely declined the appointment. Had my credit card number stolen on more than one occasion and sweeping up the mess is a lot of trouble. I'm disappointed this prevented me from doing business with them.

They certainly aren't the only spa with this policy. Perhaps it's my loss, but I will never know. If they could come up with a different way of doing business, something along the lines of PayPal, I would be happy to reconsider. Zero stars for the policy, five stars for the receptionist = three stars overall.

I woke up in excruciating pain. Unfortunately, it's Sunday and nothing is open. So I came on here to read some reviews and saw this place is open on Sundays. They were actually able to fit me in within an hour of calling with Alamo for a 90 minute hot stone massage. Alamo was incredible! Everywhere else I've gone in Madison the therapists have very rocky movements and it's hard to relax. He was so fluid, moving from one muscle to the next. Definitely on par to the crazy expensive masseuses in LA where I'm from. I will definitely be going back here!

I just had an amazing 30 minute facial with Rebecca and a 60 minute prenatal massage with Lindsey tonight. I could not have had a better experience! When you check in, you're directed to the restroom/locker room to change into a robe and slippers. Once done, you move over to the relaxation lounge for some tea by the fireplace. The staff are friendly and make sure you're comfortable and have enough hot water.

The massage therapists and aestheticians are very professional, allowing you to guide the conversation level per your relaxation needs. They both were sensitive to my requests and I recommend Indulge Spa to anyone!
