I was trained and certified back in 2019 The training was Okay! The instructor was very nice and very knowledgeable however I found the class was rushed and while there was hands on spraying. I only got to spray someone once while other had multiple chances. They also refer to themselves as the aviva "family" however I've never heard from anyone about anything.
About promotions, about further training, or even just to see how business is going and if I might need assistance I started the online master course but had to place it on hold due to life happening and no one has reached out about finishing it or to see how they can help or anything at all. so I'm quite disappointed with that since their students are "family" so we were told. Other than that the solution is very nice.
