Excellent color services, but the haircut I received didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. The stylist was really lovely and listened carefully when I described the look I was after, but there were clearly a few unfortunate snips that left the angle of the cut wrong on one side, and now I find myself sort of embarrassed about how it looks with no way to fix it other than going shorter than I want. I do really like the color though.

ETA in response to the salon: The stylist CHOSE not to wash my hair, despite my booking. And the manager, Danielle, said the following in an email: "seeing as you came in with dry hair it is difficult to truly assess the previous condition." First off, I booked a blowout and the stylist said my hair didn't need a wash. HER DECISION. Second, my hair at the beginning of the appointment was, and always has been, in great condition despite your assertion that it is difficult to truly assess.
What a joke. Is your stylist visually impaired? Finally, the stylist charged me $22 for a blowout (a shockingly low price) despite a much higher price listed on your site - and why do you think that happened? Because she knew she messed up. She pretty much said so. She offered to take me back and wash my hair after ironing/burning it, but honestly I just wanted out of there.
Once in the car I felt my head and could tell something was horribly wrong. I went back to my hotel immediately and spent 30 minutes washing and conditioning my hair but it was in a huge, burnt knot. I could go on and on. Future clients - beware. They burned my hair on a curling wand and then accused me of lying. Never once have I or a stylist burned my hair in my 57 years. Patronize at your own risk.

I've been going to Blondie for several years now and love the services and the experience. The stylists listen to me and then do an excellent job turning my hair dreams into reality. Tracy especially has done wonders for my heavy, curly hair with her genius haircuts. Would definitely recommend! Services: Highlights, Hair coloring, Haircut, Curly hair

* Just to clarify - this was intended to be my second visit, I rescheduled just once* Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had to cancel a recent appointment, as I was experiencing flu like symptoms. I then booked a new appointment online, after which I received an email from the salon saying I needed to pay a 50% deposit, 24 hours before my scheduled appointment.
I called the salon intending to confirm my appointment, however the person I spoke to seemed to be unaware of any policy regarding a 50% service deposit. I was taken aback and wondered why I specifically had to pay a deposit. I reiterated to the staff that I was sick and the right thing to do was not to come in to the salon. Given the current situation with the pandemic, I would expect the salon to be a bit more considerate.
The staff did not seem to have a clear reason as to why I had to pay the 50% deposit that other customers were clearly not being charged, and so I asked to speak with the manager. The person at the front desk apparently contacted the manager who was on vacation and asked her front desk staff to let me know that if I didn't want to pay the deposit not to use their services. I have pasted what their website states, but this definitely not something they practice.

Recently I visited the salon for Kerastase, however Krysten and Amanda were gracious enough for an impromptu consultation and discussed the build up and lack of tone and shine in my hair. Amanda (bless her heart) sprang into action, first with a metal detox treatment to remove buildup, and then a gloss to restore shine and tone. Amanda gave the best scalp massage and blow dry I have ever had!
In fact, I could not stop touching my hair, it was so silky and shiny! Thank you to Krysten and the team at Blondie for raising the bar in terms of in salon education and your outstanding associate program. Blondie Salon & Spa stylists are masters of their craft, and it shows!

I have been going to Blondies for many years. I have always booked with KAYLA! She always goes above and beyond for me and makes sure my hair looks absolutely beautiful. Kayla took the time to talk with me and ask what I want and gave her feedback as well. She has a lot of experience in the field and it shows. She is so kind and makes me feel so comfortable every time I visit the salon.
I recommend anyone to book with her. She had fixed my hair after box dies and damaged hair. She is great at styling my short hair and is helping me grow my hair. She does everything she can to make your hair healthy and beautiful! She is always on time and sometimes will take me a couple of minutes early. She always is helpful In breaking down prices and answers all my questions with kindness.
The salon itself as a a whole is filled with beautiful and talented stylists. I have referred some of my family and friends to go to Blondies. Grateful for Kayla and how she does my hair every time I am satisfied and happy with the service and outcome.

Blondie has always been a fantastic experience each time I have gone. I have had my hair both colored and cut by Amanda. Amanda is extremely thoughtful and talented. She is able to listen to what you want and give you something better than you could've ever imagined. I felt very comfortable and heard. Amanda used a variety of images and samples to help me achieve my desired look. She is receptive and so incredibly kind. I have loved my hair each time and will be going back for a long time to come!

I had an incredible experience with Danielle Dushane. She really listened to what I wanted and I have never been so pleased with a hair cut and color! She was incredibly professional and the salon itself is very inviting and stylish. I would 100% recommend to all my friends! The photos attached are before and after shots.
