I just love Studio East. I was introduced to this place by my mother-in-law and it does not disappoint. I often see Taylor for Shellac manicures, and occasional pedicures. Taylor is fantastic and always knows which color to recommend. Everyone at Studio East are professional and friendly. I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. I haven't been to many other salons in the area but I'm sure that this one is the best one in Norfolk!

I have worked for Studio East for two years and without a doubt can I confidently say that this salon spa cares about its clients. Sue, the owner and president, runs a tight crew and always tries to find solutions that benefit those who come in for services. Client comfortability and happiness is top priority. The front desk Claudia, Michael and Amy constantly check in on clients and offers drinks and works with the clients and stylists/technicians to find the best availability.

The staff, hairstylist and technicians alike, always go the extra mile for their clients and often come in early, stay late, and come in on days off to satisfy their clients. Not only to they provide services, they offer companionship and befriend about everyone they meet. Studio East Salon Spa is the one stop shop that can meet your needs. It was truly an amazing experience not only as a employee but as a client! A wonderful and relaxing environment that is perfect for self-care.

I made an appointment with this hair salon to get my hair fix on a Saturday. I was called to come in a head of time. The receptionist was friendly and ask me to have a sit and wait for the hair dresser. A man by the name of John came a few minutes later. He took a look at my hair ask what I needed in getting it fix. I told him I wanted a cold perm put in my hair.

He start telling me that the salon doesn't do that sort of perm at their place of busy. Then he proceeded to call another salon to see if they could do my hair. Unfortunately this person was out of town with an emergency. Anyway I thought all hair salons doing hair was up to date with the latest hair style. Any company in this sort of business should know the divert of doing hair. Very unsatisfied customer, Ms. Lee

I went to get a haircut yesterday and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My stylist, Robin, was AMAZING. She made sure every detail was to my liking and tailored the cut to fit my face perfectly. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and was so incredibly friendly. I even booked a color with her for later this month. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

Love Studio East. Taylor is awesome and everyone is very friendly there. If you need color or help with your curls Taylor is your girl. She knows the best cuts for face shape and hair type and will be very honest with you.

I hate to admit it but I don't usually leave good reviews but this place deserves 10 stars. It's hard finding a place that literally has every type of salon service in 1 central location. Hair, nails, massages. You name it they got it. Prices more then reasonable. Customer service was on point and the best I've seen in a long time. Knew what they were doing 100%. Everything turned out fantastic! Highly recommend this place.

Love, love, love this place. Stumbled on it today, made a last minute appt. Was in and out after seeing Dana who I just told about my life and she just KNEW what I wanted, I think even more than I knew myself. Really great haircut, really pretty color. Very very happy. I go see Robyn and Lisa on the regular. Both are knowledgeable and fun to be around. Lisa has the softest hands. And Robyn is such a good person. My hair and brows are in the best care here and I'll keep coming back.

This has been my go to spot for getting my haircut since I moved to the area 5 years ago. The entire staff is very welcoming and there is never much of a wait once you arrive for your appointment. Dana has been my go to barber for my cuts most of the time but even when she is booked up or gone the staff is great to put me with another talented barber. Never had a bad cut since going here. Highly recommend to everyone.
