Tedene actually cut my hair into a flattering cut. She told me what she was doing, why and then recommended products to use. Their sale table is great.

Had a wonderful experience at Metropolis. They were clean and efficient, everyone was wearing masks and they were sanitizing all areas consistently. The service was very good - the lady that did my shampoo massaged my head and it felt amazing. Jill did a beautiful job with highlights, and she was thorough and made sure it was right - taking her time to make sure it was perfect and I love the final result. Amber did a great job on eyebrows and a hair trim. One of the best salon experiences I've ever had. Staff is kind, gifted, and intuitive to your needs. Highly recommend them.

Worst haircut I've ever had. I asked for a v cut with face framing bangs.didn't come out with either she cut it straight across (also crooked) when I said it was not a v cut she tried to convince me it was. So I got a second opinion sure enough it is not. they have no clue what they're doing. Would never recommend anyone going here

Scott Stuart is the best hair artist in Knoxville hands down! I say artist because that is truly what he is. I have referred numerous people to him and everyone loves him. He is creative. He consideres the shape of your head, texture of your hair, how your hair naturally lays. I am thrilled to have found him.
