Dion is great! Not only did he do an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup for one of my wedding events last fall, but he also helped restore my hair to its optimal health through several haircuts and treatments in the months leading up to my wedding (I really neglected it during the early COVID days). If they didnt have my daughters stylist she loves and has been friends with for her entire life I wouldn't let her go here - literally the worst front desk customer service anywhere - specifically Connie should be fired immediately. I don't mind paying for the overhyped "premium" experience they tout but if your going say your above the east train your stag to give solid service and know what they doing.

I had lighter highlights added to my dark hair. I was a little nervous but Maddie and Michelle helped me get through it. Wow! It came out better than I expected and I couldn't stop saying WOW! This place in unbelievable! Everyone is so kind and friendly! For the first time in 18 years I have found a color specialist that is so educated within her profession. Maddie! I visited the Scottsdale salon for the first time on March 18th, 2021. I was greeted by a delightful front desk receptionist and introduced to my stylist and colorist. Camilla, the colorist, addressed my concerns and clearly explained what she thought would work best with my skin coloring as well. Gwenn, the stylist, did the same. She was happy to look at some photos I'd brought along and again, we discussed lifestyle and my expectations for a good and long lasting cut and style. I will definitely be making Rolfs in Scottsdale my go to salon and highly recommend these 2 delightful and professional young women.
