Very professional and clean. They just updated the shower bowl chairs and its very comfy. Service is always a pleasure. I cant wait til my next appointment.

I hate to give someone a bad review but I feel like people deserve to be warned. I came here because I found Kail online and she is a self proclaimed blonde specialist. I told her I don't like a yellow or golden blonde and she said it would be "icy" blonde. I ended up with yellow blonde. I tried using multiple different purple shampoos to help it. Finally, after a week I texted Kail asking if I could come back for a toner.

She texted back asking what purple shampoo I was using then I never heard from her again. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she forgot. I texted her again the next day asking if I could come in on the next Thursday for the toner. No response. Today (Sunday) I see her post on her Instagram story for $15 off for a 10:30am appointment on Thursday.

She clearly has availability on Thursday. I asked for a simple toner or even a recommendation on a purple shampoo that can help. She clearly doesn't stand by her work and now I am stuck with yellow hair. Don't go to this "blonde specialist". I only gave 3 stars because despite hiring an unprofessional stylist, the salon seemed since.

Such a great experience! Brittany is absolutely an artist! I had deadlocks for 12 years and cut them off about a month ago leaving my hair very thin and in different lengths. I was wearing a hat constantly and had prepared myself to keep wearing one for the next year at least. I'd heard about hair extensions and remembered seeing Medusa Salon a few blocks from my house.

I called and the receptionist was super friendly and I booked a next day consultation. I was a bit nervous about going in because I hadn't been in a salon for so long but I'm so glad I did. I told Brittany about my hair situation and she gave me the run-down of my options and cost of the extensions and said she could do it today. I was really happy that she could do it same day because I have my in-laws coming tomorrow and although I'm sure they're happy the dreadlocks are gone, I was pretty shy about the funky hair-do.

She works fast and was exceptionally easy to talk to and feel comfortable around. I wish I had taken a before picture because in no time my hair was looking so much better. Even better than pre-dreadlocks to be honest. I had gotten so used to hiding my hair, now it feels so good to finally have a nice head of hair. Thank you Brittany and Medusa Salon! I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

Starla did my hair beautifully the first service I had for $225. Then when I returned for the second time she did my hair but it was brassy and I wasn't happy leaving the salon. Come to find out she didn't tone me. Who sends their client home without a toner? She claims she was sticking to my $225 "budget" which was what she charged me for the first service.

I was appalled when she finally returned my call and said she would fix my yellow brassy mess for an extra $65! She said she didn't tone for free! I have never been treated like this before. I also gave her a very generous tip! BEWARE of this salon and Starla you have lost a standing client by not fixing my hair. I will NEVER refer anyone to this salon.

Beautiful atmosphere and serious hair styling going on. The work the team does at this salon is gorgeous! They even work with kids and teens. Love this place

Been going to hairstylist Mary for over 6 years now and each time is always a pleasure. The service there is impeccable and always a good vibe. I've always been pleased with any hairstyle or color I get as Mary can make my visions come true. Their hair products are also worth purchasing for any hair concerns!

My appointment with Jenna on 11/20/21 could not have gone better. My hair color turned out more amazing than I could have ever dreamed and I could not be happier with the result. If I could give her a million stars, I would.

Danny did an amazing job with my daughter's hair yesterday for homecoming after a last minute call! I appreciate that he picked up on what she wanted and delivered it perfectly. Her hair was stunning! Salon is nicely appointed and pricing is great. Give them a call, you won't be sorry.

Xena gave me some much needed highlights to help bridge the blonde outgrowth. I had two extreme colors with bright blonde outgrowth and dark brown growing at the root. I can see why she did a lot of foils and this is what helped bridge the two colors. She did a great job and the results look very natural and subtle. I'm sorry for not loving the blowout and I kinda ran out of the salon. That's on my though, I have anxiety and hair salon's sometimes make me feel extremely self conscious. Thank you for the nice highlights!

I had an appointment with Chloe Bair last week. I had an idea in mind what color i would like to have on my hair, showed her photos and she did it. really close to the color i want, as i wanted blonde hair color and i had dark roots and i had brassy hair. I do understand that it would take 2 more appointments to achieve the blonde that i want. She told me if were gonna do the color that i really want on my hair, that it would damage it.

I love her honesty, i love how she guides me through each process, making sure i am comfortable and good. she is just fantastic and very lovely! if you want to be a blondie go to her. she's really great at what she does!

I wish I would have taken before pictures so you could see what I'm talking about. but, the ends of my hair were so dead and my previous hair dye turned to a brassy orange color at the tips. IT WAS HIDEOUS! Thank god for Chloe! She made my hair look completely natural (the hair color is the same as my natural hair color) and I don't remember the last time my hair felt this soft! MY HAIR LOOKS GORGEOUS Highly recommend Chloe to restore your hair. she's a miracle worker

Danny always does his best to get you exactly what you ask for. He will ask you a ton of questions to make sure he understands your vision. He is also great with men's/boys' haircuts. They also offer water and alcohol while you wait. Gulp gulp.

I've been coming to Medusa Salon for 9 years now. Even though some of my previous stylists have moved, each time I try someone new I am never disappointed. I always know that I'm going to get a top-notch hairdresser for a cut and color. I was recently seen by Xena and I loved her! She is so sweet and had some great recommendations for my hair.

I came in wanting to take off all the blonde from an outgrown balayage from a year ago so that I could go back to brown with some light brown highlights. She recommended a treatment for my damaged hair and restored the brown in my hair, while still giving me honey brown highlights for a nice summer look. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I absolutely recommend Xena for her skill and for making sure her clients feel 100% happy with their new hair. I can't wait to come back for another treatment in two months!

CHLOIE BAIR is the absolute best hair stylist at Medusa! My blonde was so perfect! I've been trying to get this color for years! She is so sweet and listened to every concern I had. my hair felt like silk when I left too which was amazing. If your looking for a new stylist she is your girl!

Kloe at Medusa has done my hair quite a few times now and every time she has done a WONDERFUL job! I've gone to many different hairstylist in the past but Kloe really nailed exactly what I have been trying to achieve! She does my color, extensions, and blow outs perfectly (see photo) Not only is she an amazing stylist but she's an awesome person.

She breaks down the pricing for you upfront so you know exactly what you are paying for- something I've never seen other hair stylist do. She is honest on what is achievable and I trust that she will do an amazing job every time I sit down in the seat!

I was able to have an appointment in July with Carrie prior to the secondary shut down. The salon took every precaution & the atmosphere was calm, well spaced and respectful of any and all requirements made by the state and the county health officials. Carrie gave me one of the best hair cuts I've had in a long time and was so sweet about my attempts at coloring my own roots that I applied while stay home orders were in place. We had a great consultation and I enjoyed her company, but most of all she is a great stylist! I will be back for sure.ask for Carrie.she's amazing!

Inanna is THE BEST. Not only did she answer a lot of my questions before hand (trust me, I had a ton of questions), but she also talked to me on the day of my appointment to figure out exactly what I wanted before she started doing my hair. I came in with an old balayage that I had done elsewhere that I absolutely hated. In just a couple of hours, Inanna made my hair look fabulous and didn't damage my hair.

She was honest about what would work, what wouldn't work, how expensive something would be and so on. The best part, she uses cruelty-free products (which is a must for me)! The salon also sells amazing products that are cruelty-free! I can't wait to be back to have my hair done!

I had the best hair stylist here. I wanted a quite complicated haircut and she made sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. She was also very patient and gave me good advice. The atmosphere of the salon is very nice, they keep it very professional and relaxed. Their 5 stars are very well earned. Recommended!

After searching for a good hair place for SO LONG, I've finally found my go to place. At this point even if I move out of town I'll probably still come here. I had Alex Rodrigues, and she is A M A Z I N G. She knew exactly what I wanted done with my hair (going from brown and dead to platinum blonde), and did so with ease. My biggest fear was coming out with super damaged hair that looked brassy - neither of which happened.

I have a lot of hair, and it's thick on top of that so it's usually a very long time. While it did take a lot time, the salon and Alex made time fly by (the bottomless drinks and Harry Potter marathon helped!;) ). Highly recommend, especially for those of you who are picky like me. They definitely know what they're doing at this salon.

I love Inana she's a wonderful stylist. She has great skills styling and coloring and gives me advice for styling my own hair. Love her! Everyone here is amazingly polite and kind. They offer drinks, and the place is really clean.

Love the Medusa Team and the whole vibe of the salon, it is very welcoming. The front desk staff are awesome and they have a text reminder system to confirm your appointment a couple of days before which is helpful. I have been coming here for over four years and have got to know a number of the stylists, they are all great at hair and they support each other. I love that they will recommend new colors, styles and techniques.

Regina has been my stylist for 7 years. I have ALWAYS walked away feeling beautiful with my hair exactly what I wanted even when I didn't realize it. I willingly admit that I am extremely picky and obsessed with how my hair looks and feels. As the daughter of a hair stylist who's mom owned a salon I tend to be even pickier then the average customer. The business environment is so open and friendly, they are always professional and never push products on you. I've recommended this business to everyone I know.

I had a very unpleasant experience. My daughter insisted on getting her hair colored and cut here. She waited patiently for 3 weeks to get an appointment. The staff at the salon never made any effort to inform her of the pricing. So when I came to pick her up to pay, I was absolutely shocked to find out that the total was $300! Her hair stylist actually had the audacity to say that she gave her a discount.

Her hair color is not even as light as she wanted it to be. They actually want her to come in again for another 'procedure' and pay more. They have a professional obligation to discuss pricing with clients, especially young ones who can easily be taken advantage of. Be sure to establish cost before any procedure otherwise you may be taken advantage of like we were.
