Joy is a wonderful and very professional nail tech! Every single time she greats me with welcoming arms, and cares about her clients. She even knows my name and this is appointment #2. I also love Ms Linda and her gold watch! I'd highly recommend Majestic Nails as the best place in town to get your mani and pedicure. They also do brow shaping! - Arielle Jones

Made an appointment online for a Friday at 1, waited for 30 minutes in the lobby while walk in clients were being seen before me. The receptionist was not friendly in the slightest. Finally made it to a chair, only after the friend I was with brought my wait time to the attention of her technician, and waited an additional 15 minutes for service. The technician that ended up doing my manicure never apologized for wait times, and was rushed while doing my manicure.
She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding on two fingers. Flash forward to Monday and two of my nails have chipped and broken. Worst experience at a nail salon I've ever had.

This is by far the best Nail salon in North Carolina that I have ever had the pleasure of coming to! Lily, Lisa, Peter and Sam have Shay's given the best customer services and gone above and beyond to make sure each and every customer leaves completely satisfied! They've always made sure every customer I've ever sent is 100% happy! I've been coming here for 5 years and no matter where I live I will always come back to them!

I went here twice for fills with Joy. The first time my nails didn't cure and two days later liquid polish seeped out the sides and what was dry peeled off. The nail shape also came out crooked and bumpy. I gave them a second chance and two hours after my nails didn't cure again and wet polish got on my furniture. I did get black polish, but I have gotten it in the past from the salon I used to go to in the state I'm from and had ZERO of these issues.
Each time I went myself and others were constantly pushed by staff to buy other services, going so far as telling my roommate her eyebrows were ugly. Not the best environment to relax in and WAY overpriced.

From out of town and needed a mani - saw this place had good reviews and decided to try it out. Their website allows you to book online! The process was super easy and convenient as their spots fill up quickly. Debbie was my specialist and she was amazing! Lovely to talk to and did a fast and detailed job. Give this place a try- you will love it! Next time I'm in town, this is now my nail spot. Thank you Debbie for my birthday nails!

This place was great. They worked fast not to keep customers waiting long and the nail tech Ms Joy was amazing. She gave me the best set of nails I've ever had. Her 36yrs of experience really showed as she was quick but her work was beautiful! I live in SC but will take the ride just to return for her services alone. Great experience.

Not recommended. I got a gel manicure and it's one of the worst I've had. He was not friendly and barely touched my cuticles. When I asked him to fix one, he accidentally cut the side my nail instead and then left the nail uneven. Two of my nails have bubbles in them and he massaged my hands for 30 seconds before telling me to wash them and that I was done. I know that my short nails can be difficult but this is still one of the worst manicures that I've had. Definitely not worth $35. I will be trying another place next time.
