When I grew out my grays during COVID, I knew I needed something to make my hair look great. I found Becca in the Norwell location, and she put in some cool lowlights and blended my white, gray and dark brown hair beautifully! She really listened and took great care of me and my hair. I get many compliments on my color, and am so glad that I found Becca!

I saw Vickie this past Saturday and had an awesome experience! She revived my hair and brightened up my blonde locks and it's exactly what I wanted and needed. I had an event that night that I was going to try to attempt a specific hairstyle for myself, but Vickie offered to do it for me and absolutely slayed it - my hair looked perfect all night long the salon environment is bright and welcoming - definitely recommend this spot!

DEVASTATED!. This experience has cost me my hair and my complete confidence. My hair will never be the same again. There are no words to describe how I feel. If there was an option that I can leave zero stars for this salon, I would have. PLEASE READ this review carefully before deciding to make an appointment at Michael Albor Loft Salon I had asked for one thing and received something totally different and i made it clear that i was not happy about it.

The owner Michael gives his customers attitudes and makes fun of them openly Meanwhile everyone in the salon has terrible Communication with each other and there customers They have no clue what they're are doing with your hair. They do not trust themselves, HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY TRUST THEM WITH ANY PART OF IT They make it clear they do not want to take responsibility and do not care unfortunately I made a huge mistake and it cost me everything! Now i have to repair the damage that has been made to my hair because of Michael Albor Loft Salon Do yourself a favor and never make an appointment here!

Been a client for 7 years. Love the salon and my stylist Donna Hamilton. I'm a natural redhead and she does a terrific job maintaining my natural shade as I age. The owner Michael is great alway very engaging and professional. I purchased natural hair extensions from the salon as well. Great quality. Plus we had another stylist from the salon so hair for my daughters wedding Hope Dubois and she was amazing to work with. The salon is accommodating for scheduling and doing what they can to have you walk away feeling happy with your hair

Going to a new salon is always a bit terrifying. Never have I been more impressed and happy with the results. Manuela gave me color, cut and style and was so lovely and efficient. I have very curly hair and typically people cut too much off or do not do a good job with the blow out. Amazed by the results still. The salon was so clean and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back. Vickie Villante is one of the most sweetest person and also an excellent professional, she toke care of my mom, and was patient to make my mom more beautiful. We will go back for sure.

I got my hair trimmed and highlighted by Vickie and she did such an amazing job! When I went in I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and she listened to what I was saying and gave suggestions as to what would look good. She was really thorough and my hair came out looking really great and so fresh! I got so many compliments! I will definitely be coming back.

Vickie has done my hair on more than one occasion and I highly recommend her! She is very thorough, patient, and makes sure you are happy with your hair. Vickie is so nice and personable and goes above and beyond with little things like curling your hair after a blowout -- it doesn't go unnoticed! HIGHLY recommend! My hair needed some serious TLC after this crazy year and I'm so glad that I chose the Loft Salon. Everyone was incredibly professional and I felt safe the entire time. Vickie brought my locks back to life with a beautiful cut and color. She was so sweet and made sure that I absolutely loved everything before I left.
