We would like to welcome a new tenant to the 700 Norfolk Avenue Location. Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa and Cafe will be making this there new home for the opening of a 2nd Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa. As many of our clients and friends have expressed missing Entourage and having a spa at this location, we hope this news delights you. Green Leaf and Pebble Tea Spa and Cafe have started their build out process and hope to open the doors mid May. Of course we will keep you posted on their progress.

Let me start by saying that I am not one those reviewers who just says negative things to try and gain free stuff, attention, etc. I generally believe in giving people, especially in the service industry, the benefit of the doubt. I believe in trying to work out the situation calmly because stuff happens. Most of the time no big deal. However, the owner of this spa has me outraged.

My friend and I were having a very rare girls weekend last week, free of kids and husbands. We decided to have a spa day. I took the role of calling around to check out prices and availability. When I called this spa, I asked if they offered a military discounts. Every other spa I called in my search offered one so it made sense to ask. I was pleased to be told that Entourage offered 10% off to military. Great!

The woman who booked our appointments gave me an exact quote of our services with the discount, included gratuity, and taxes for each of us. Sounded good, so I booked our appointment. We went through our spa day as planned. Services were great, staff was friendly. My friend finished before I had and paid. She asked about us receiving the military discount to which she was told "I'm sorry we do not offer one." The staff member checked with the owner who said she would not honor the discount.

My friend let it go as she thought maybe I confused which spa I received the quote from. She couldn't ask me because I was still in my appointment. When I paid, I did not bring up the discount as I was trying to hurry and pay because my friend had been waiting. I did not dissect what the total was as I was paying. We left. My friend told me what happened in the car.

I pulled out my receipt and did the math. They did not provide us with the discount we were offered. I called and left a message immediately regarding the miscommunication. I received a call back to which the staff member confirmed that yes I was indeed provided the incorrect information by the person who booked the appointment. She would speak with the owner and get back to me.

I received a call yesterday evening with the owner's response. 'While she understood that we were told we would receive a military discount, they do not offer one. She would not be able to honor it. Seriously?!?!?!?! Not able to honor your employee's word? So as your customer, we are being penalized for your employee's mistake. I can completely understand not receiving one going forward. However, I booked an appointment based on the expectation that was set.

The owner should stand by that. Let me also note that my friend and I both left additional tip beyond the included gratuity. We did this because we thought we were receiving a discount and therefore thought to pay part of that forward. Especially since all 3 of the spa professionals were either retired military or married to a service member. TO THE OWNER: You have done a disservice to your employees and staff by the way you have handled this situation.

The disrespect and lack of care is upsetting. To dismiss your customers and basically say 'sorry not my problem' is absurd. I can guarantee we will not be back nor will we ever frequent the restaurant/bar you own that was advertised by your employees. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.

I absolutely love Sam. She can fix any bad haircut. She knows exactly what to do with minimal information. I've been going here for over 3 years. Great atmosphere as well. Everyone is super nice.

My husband sent me here for a spa day and it was absolutely wonderful! A cute little old house with a full staff and treatment areas inside for your every spa day wish! I felt like I got to meet the entire staff with all of my treatments in my 5+ hours of pampering and they were each so personable and competent in their jobs. I loved each of them and left feeling relaxed and glowing!

If I lived there permanently I'd be there all the time! I have been to my fair share of resort spas and this had a different feel. Each person seemed hand selected for their knowledge and personality. Lastly, the prices were amazingly reasonable! Seriously, just go!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a pedicure and massage at Entourage today.possibly the best experience I've had yet during my vacation! The decor is outstanding, little surprises around every corner (along with the complimentary mimosa I enjoyed.bonus). Lindsey treated me to a delightful classic pedicure, and Joe's massage whisked away any shred of stress I may have had. The rest of the staff was also top notch. Thank you! My only regret is that I'm just here on vacation and so can't make them a regular stop.
