I've been coming here for about 4 months and love it! Alix is always so helpful in letting me know what products work best for my skin type and making sure I'm using the right bed/time for the best results!

This is a very cute place, and has lots of options for tanning. The front desk isn't very welcoming, but who cares, I'm there to get tanned. I went in for the complimentary appt and was manipulated to sign a membership that day. Would it have been cheaper to just pay my four visits before my cancun vacation? I don't know because there is no pricing anywhere.

I wasn't even told about any other options besides the $118 membership pricing. I called twice to get my membership canceled and the manager didn't even bother to call me back. NOTE TO LUX - PLZ READ THIS: I did not receive any document regarding what I signed, and I asked the front desk about it. I said "what did my membership include, could you please email what I signed" they replied "I'll read it for you. " they summarized what the membership was. Is it just the one option? "NO, but this one is the best option for you.". why couldn't I make that decision.

I don't even know how much you charge per visit. I would have rather paid for the four visits then sign up for a membership, I only wanted to get tanned for my vacation. I don't care if Dallas sees me pale af. Thank you.

Literally the best spray tan I've ever experienced. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely recommend

Not pleased that no one is here 30 minutes after the location is scheduled to open. Left another company for the same issue.

This is hands down the chicest tanning salon experience. Champagne or Perrier, chilled mint towels, fabulous skin care products, and more. The part I love the most is the staff the owner has cultivated here. It's like visiting neighborhood friends. Emma, Colin, Danny and Joy help you relax after a long day or preparing for a trip. Not to mention Ariana keeps this place spotless!

This place glows of ambiance and old world hospitality. The only thing I would love more is if they expanded into a full on Spa experience including hair, skin and nails! The BEST.

Lux tan is my favorite tanning spa, the place is always clean the customer service is exceptional, they actually serve champagne and chilled eucalyptus towels to their guests at no charge and the beds are the best that I've ever used. I've never been in a tanning spa like this and I'm spoiled now. If you love top notch everything, then this place is for you, P.S. it's even cheaper than palm beach or planet tan :

Coming from Florida I am extremely picky with where I tan because I felt like I had the best. but hands-down this is the most amazing tanning boutique I have ever been to and I am well traveled! Class. Emily the manager is incredible actually everyone who works there is.: I recommend this place to everyone. The beds the tanning products are top notch I noticed color after the first visit and it stays. Thank God someone finally got it right

I HIGHLY recommend LUX in Addison! The beds are always clean, I spray tan and love the Versa Pro. They are always very polite and I hardly ever have to wait. The staff goes above and beyond expectations. Kylen is awesome! Always a smile on her face and ready to help!

Lux(ury) is the keyword. You're offered champagne or soda water every time you visit, which is a fancy feature I appreciate but I don't really make use of. But the thing I really love is the fact that they offer to put your tanning lotion(goggles etc) in a pullstring black bag and store them away in a cabinet for you so you don't have to lug them around everywhere.

There's been so many times I've forgotten my lotions, or they've melted away in the backseat of my car. And not so important for some but their employees are fresh, clean, and attractive. They're all very friendly and knowledgeable enough to get the job done (though some science knowledge would be cool, like how the difference in laser wavelength affects the skin and how different ones penetrate further than others.

Stuff like that) But they know their equipment and they know their products decently well too. I don't write reviews normally, but felt like this was a good one to do. I like this place a lot.

The tanning bed wasn't hot at all wasted 50$ won't be coming back the girl didn't even try to make it right

I heard about Lux through a friend and went in reluctantly because i had never tanned before. Right away the staff was very friendly and helped ease my nerves. I have seen kylen, rachel and Allison, all of whom are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and work hard to create the best experience possible. Thanks to them i have slowly built up a more proper understanding of everything, and not to mention an amazing tan!

I love this place so much. There is so much variety for every skin type/tone and they walk you through every step. If youre new to tanning like me, there is no better place to go.

First time I came in it went great! The lady at the front desk was very detailed about explaining everything. My second session it was totally 2 different people. I felt rushed when I asked questions. like if they didn't care.what kind of shit is that

I came to try this salon due to the great reviews but it's 15 minutes past the time they're supposed to open and no one is here. Update. Once finally opened, customer service is great

It has been a long time since I was in a tanning bed like when "OutKast - Ms. Jackson" was a top hit. The tanning spa was beyond the ol tanning bed joints. They have a super clean, modern facility with the latest technology to protect you from burning and getting your optimal bronze. Great crew that is very knowledgeable.

The manager Kylin provided me fantastic customer service after my first spray didn't turn out quite right. Even though she needed to leave, she went through every detail to make sure I got the right tan for my wedding day. I will definitely be giving them more of my business. Customer service can go such a long way! Thank you, Kylin.

Honestly such a good experience! I would go here over Planet Tan or Palm Beach any day. Stephani didn't push products on me and got me right into the sunless bed. She took my card and created my account while I tanning. She offered me water or champagne when I arrived and when I was finished. The service and the price is better than that of their competitors. Really excited they are so close to my new house!

Kylen helped me out and the service was great. I was just wanting to try them out and check out other places before making a final decision but after tanning there once I knew this was the place I wanted to tan. They also have sparkling water and champagne they give you for tanning. Love this place and the staff!

Saw them advertised on Facebook. They offer a guest pass to basically try a bed before you buy a membership. The location was very hip, trendy and clean. Several beds to choose from as well as different levels of member packages. I came in and tried the sunless versa spa pro and man its way different from when I spray tanned back in the day. They also offer a complimentary glass of champagne or perrier water and cold towels. Ashley was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The location is convenient, clean, and all equipment is updated. It's nice that they provide chilled towels and complimentary drinks. Each time I go in I am greeted by one of their friendly staff members.

Simply amazing! I wish you'd open up some locations in okc! The lovely lady that met us was superb and our tanning experience was second to none! Thanks!

I haven't wrote a review in quite sometime but this place has inspired me! Kylin was super helpful and very accommodating. She gave me a tour a thoroughly explained the different beds and pricing. LUX is as different as it can get from the chain tanning salons. They offer FREE champagne and sparkling water. The beds are top of the line. Looking forward to my future visits!

First off, let me say I own a communication company. I work with companies in regards to all things branding, marketing & PR. So I have high standards. This place knocked it outside of the park. And Noah, the salesman, is fantastic, professionally speaking. Now from a customer perspective, I was dually blown away. The entire customer experience & customer service is just exceptional. The cleanest tanning salon I've seen. Best spray tan color I've see. Obsessed just moved to Texas & so thankful I found this place
