To keep your hair looking both healthy and stylish, we have procured the very best in professional hair care products for home use.
We are located in the center of Uptown Charlotte in the Bank of America Plaza in the shops beneath the Omni Hotel. Guests may park in the Omni Parking Deck which may be accessed from either College Street or Trade Street. Enter the parking deck from College Street immediately after 4th Street or on Trade Street between Tryon Street and College Street. We are pleased to be able to validate a portion of the parking fees for our guests.

Walked away with a fine looking haircut but was really frustrated with it coming out much shorter than I asked - despite pleading many times in many ways that I wanted to keep it long, the gals were much more excited about the "transformation" happening and the photo op. I felt totally ignored as she followed her own vision and chopped away my hard earned length :( It was a nice shop and really pleasant experience otherwise (and the haircut does look fine!) but just frustrating when I was really specific with the ask. Don't want this review to be hurtful as I do appreciate the work, but just something to be paid attention to :)

After moving down from New York City, I was hesitant to try salons in Charlotte to try and match a quality New York style haircut. New Creations does a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. I was lucky to find such a great salon on the first try. If you are new to the Charlotte area or are looking for a better barber, come here - they are unmatched!

Ive been looking for a place to get my hair cut in uptown for a reasonable price for a while. Called the day before and they fit me in with no difficulty. Walked in at my appointment time and was taken back right away. I just needed a simple routine trim which took only 30 minutes. Elisha cut my hair and she was so friendly and kind. Not being from Charlotte but been here over a year she is the nicest and friendliest person I have interacted with. Happy with my haircut and I will be going back again!
