One of the most unprofessional and worst experiences. I've had a hair issue for sometime and was hoping she could provide guidance or help to fix. Instead I was made fun of and laughed at. I also asked for a haircut and she kept trying to talk me into coloring my hair. If you like being called a liar and and want to leave feeling like your absolute worst, give her a call.

There is a good, old-fashioned feel of community in this hair salon which is located in the basement retail center of a large condo building. I got a nice haircut from the lovely Anna who told me that she has been cutting hair here for twenty-seven years and immigrated to Chicago from the former Soviet Union when she was 20.

Great haircut, super friendly, and the cheapest rate around. Only takes cash, but there's a convenience store you could probably get cash from.

Anna is a lovely woman who is very talented at cutting hair. The quality of her work is on par with most salons I find downtown, but she's 1/3rd the cost. She's very personable, and I can almost always get an appointment the day I call. Bear in mind she accepts cash only.
