HORRIFIC customer service. Jill Kincaid should not be a manager at this location or in the customer service industry. I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency a few hours before the appointment, Jill answered the phone, I explained my situation and what had happened not only was she not sympathetic she was purely transactional, cold and mean.

She told me she was going to charge me for the service because the stylist would be loosing that money ( I booked the appointment the night before and she had several openings but ok). She then charged me $60 claiming this was the cost of the service when in fact the service was $55 when I booked the night before, she didn't even send me a receipt.

I called back a few times and got no answer to get a receipt and left a voicemail, no call back. I am horrified by the lack of customer service and the way this salon transacts business. Obviously I will never go to this location and am warning others to steer clear.

Malaika has been my hair colorist for almost 5 year. Her services and quality make it worth the price. Nice atmosphere, upscale, and high end products. Would definitely recommend! Services: Highlights, Hair coloring, Haircut, Balayage, Hairstyling

Alli has been doing my hair for fourteen years and even after moving to Marietta I still make the trek every few months. She's amazing. I constantly get complimented on my color.

Got a shag with K.D. I expressed to her that I was worried about razor cuts, since I heard that they can wreck your hair with split ends. She told me not to worry since her razor was very sharp. Fast forward a week later, every single strand of my hair ends in. split end. Keep in mind, I don't color my hair or use heat, so I didn't have split ends before this.

I had to go somewhere else to get a stylist to fix it. She was also a little sensitive and cross with me when I said the cut was a little too short overall. After reading other reviews on here, it sounds like she's just kinda like that.

I am growing out a very short haircut that I've had for years. Jennifer Panther helped me begin to transition it from a rounded, layered cut to a more blunt cut bob. I've parted it on the side for years, but she parted it in the middle and showed me how to make it the perfect amount of wavy. It's still in an in-between, growing-out stage, but thanks to Jennifer, I feel like I have style again!

She gave me a whole new look without a drastic cut. Best yet, she taught me how to style it myself. I was thrilled to be able to easily re-create my new look at home. Thank you, Jennifer! I'll be back!

I have been a loyal client of Jennifer Panther bc: her creativity shines through whenever I've asked for something fun with pink or purple. Most times I get a very natural blond, love how thin and natural looking she does my highlights. Jennifer is professional, funny, kind, and extremely detail oriented! Jennifer is an extremely talented hair dresser who has allowed me to feel comfortable playing with my hair in her chair, bc I know I will leave looking good. I would highly recommend this hair dresser for your rainbow hair color needs and blonds (Side note: I'm a swimmer and she keeps my blond blond.)

I had an appointment scheduled with K.D. on a Monday at noon. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to a locked studio and no one answering the phone. Another client of K.D.'s let me in as she was leaving. K.D. told me she needed to cancel my appointment last minute because she was not feeling well (though she had just seen another client).

When I asked her to remind me her name so that I could leave a review, she told me she would not tell me her name and stormed off. She was very unprofessional from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend her. The studio itself seems very nice and clean.

This was my first haircut since before covid. So, I know my hair was rough. I got a trim by Brian Waycaster and I am so incredibly happy with the cut. My hair looks so healthy and the cut is exactly what I hoped it would be. No, I take that back. It's better than I hoped. Brian not only gave me a great cut, he was kind and listened to what I wanted. I highly recommend going to see Brian for your next cut!

I've been seeing Amanda for 5+ years now for highlights and she's amazing. I had tried so many stylists before her and nobody else could get the exact blonde that I wanted. Not only is she great at color, but since I've started seeing her my hair has gotten so much healthier based on the products she suggests. I even got my fiance to start seeing her and she's great at cutting his hair too. Definitely go see Amanda at Adore.

My daughters (in their 20s) and I (early 50s) all love having a visit with KD. She is easy to talk to and makes our hair look great!

I literally waited 2 weeks to write this review as I felt possibly partly my fault. I got a last minute appointment on the same day which should have been a red flag. I have short hair but it was 3 weeks past an appointment and decided I liked it getting longer. K.D. had an appointment and I told her that I really liked it getting longerbangs were to my eyebrows, hair to bottom of my ear.

I asked her to keep it long but lots of layers. She was cutting like crazy, and I should have stopped her but I just assumed lots of layers. When she finished I couldnt even complain as what good would it do then! I also told her I loved her long bangs and how full they were and would love to work towards mine being that length. I am not exaggerating in the least - my bangs, even after 2 weeks are 1 inch long at the very most!

She said she usually charges 75.00 but since she gave me a PIXIE it would only be 55.00! I dont see how what I asked for could be misconstrued for a pixie with uneven sides and no volume anywhere! As I said, I feel like I should have stopped her. She was super nice and we had a very nice conversation but I really cant believe my hair every time I look at it!

Kaycee Hoyt is my girl for all things beautiful! Color? Check! Cut? Check! Fabulous personality? Check! Kaycee listens to what I want, and always works her magic! So grateful for her expertise! The salon is clean, has a great vibe, and everyone is really nice!

I've been going to Adore Hair Studio for well over five years now, having been referred by a close friend. But while I love the space and location, the big draw is my stylist, Julian Brown. In fact, I even followed him when he briefly was at a different studio. Julian is unlike other stylists I've had in that he is never pushy, rushed or sloppy.

His cuts are spot on perfection and precision, and you leave looking amazing, like your best self. Plus your cut grows in beautifully as time goes on. Julian understand all types of hair, its growth and textures and tendencies, and customizes his cuts and recommendations to uniquely suit your own. He has catalogued on his iPad a gazillion images of hair styles which help generate lively and smart discussions before he begins cutting, yielding the results you were either looking for or else, if you arrive unsure of what you want, the results you never knew you could have but turns out you needed. I've recently had some hair challenges resulting in my needing to pursue a shorter cut, and again, with this most recent visit, Julian hit a home run, and I feel pretty, and current, and stylish. Julian is generous with his time and expertise, and even in between cuts he will give you a "bang trim" which is in itself a mini cut, which helps extend your cut so you continue to look great between salon visits. Highly highly recommend Julian Brown!

Jamie did my haircut and I cannot thank enough for doing my hair exactly how I wanted. I got the bangs without touching hair length. She did not disappoint me. she left the hair length and did my bangs so perfect and pretty. I left the place happy Place was kept clean. As soon as I entered I was asked to sanitize my hands. haven't seen many people as they are going by appointment.

Had an awesome haircut done by K.D.! She is so friendly and attentive to my needs, and we had a nice conversation during my haircut process. After not getting a haircut since January before the pandemic happened, I feel so refreshed! Adore Hair Studio is clean and I like how you have the option to make an appointment on their website. Emily Jane is amazing! She gave my brown hair honey highlights without over processing or damaging my hair. Trimmed up my long layers without taking off too much length. I love my hair and have gotten so many compliments.

Not only is her vibe and personality great, but she did amazing on my hair and worked so hard, even staying after hours, to ensure I got exactly the look I wanted. I had a wonderful first visit to Adore. My stylist/colorist was Stephanie, who made me feel at ease right away. She listened while I explained my issues and offered a solution that made sense and turned out beautifully. No more gray! My color looks so natural and I love the cut. I am extremely pleased and will go to her again.

Love this hair studio! It's in kind of a weird location-my GPS got a little lost, but once I got there, the studio was so worth it. The interior is very clean, trendy, and cute. I worked with Jamie, and I got a women's haircut as well as balayage for the first time. Jamie did an incredible job, and she was fun to talk to as well! It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it. They treat you really well!

I cannot day enough wonderful things about this salon! I had my haircut with Jamie. I gave her a general length and asked her what she thought. We settled on some long layers. She really took her time to be sure my layers were natural looking. It did not seemed rushed at all like other salons I've been at where they always seem to be thinking ahead to the next client.

When she finished, she made a suggestion to frame my face with more layers, and it looked AMAZING! I also really appreciated that after I told her I didn't use any product in my hair and typically just dry and straighten and am happy with that that she didn't push any products on me at all and styled my hair exactly how I would at home to be sure it's what I wanted! I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Lucy Saltmarsh is a miracle stylist! She transformed my insanely curly, unruly hair into a work of beauty. I can't remember ever being this excited about a haircut. She is a true master of her craft.

I've been going to Adore for I think about eight years and before that to the stylist I see here, Julian, for one or two years. Julian is fantastic both for his cuts -- I almost almost go very, very short, though once he helped me grow into a bob -- and his exceptional conversation and good vibes. The shop itself has wonderful staff and and a good atmosphere. Conveniently, you receive an email when you book an appointment in an email reminder when your appointment is coming up. I recommend this place all the time.

I held off on writing a review for a few days to see how my hair held up after washing/ styling. I came in to Adore and first of all it's so cute! Front desk service is friendly, and they have an amazing Harney & Sons tea collection and donuts from revolution next door in their waiting area. I was seen on time by Lucy, and asked her for a super short pixie.

Lucky for me, she modified the cut for my hair so it didn't stick straight up. I left the salon looking amazing, and haven't had a bad hair day since. Highly recommend both this salon and Lucy, who is truly talented.

I saw Kerry Roy today at Adore's Decatur location for a bleach and tone color correction. The words I keep using to describe him is a hair magician, because that is truly what he is. Coming in I had about 4-5 inches of regrowth and my last color appointment (at a different salon) was a really shoddy highlight job. He completely transformed and color corrected my hair and now it looks super fresh and icy blonde again! Love it! :)

I highly recommend Kyle Wilcox at the Decatur location! I went to see Kyle for the second time and both times I love my haircut. I've been skipping around from salon to salon, trying to find the right stylist who can cut thick hair. I typically spend $85+ on my haircuts since I'm highly picky about my hair. Usually these haircuts are downright awful to just okay and they are inconsistent.

With Kyle - he really listens to you and give you what you ask. Now I hardly have to style my hair and it looks good even if I decide to style it or decide to curl it. He is definitely worth the money.
