The staff is not trained.the head staff with big mustaches is damm rude to the customers. as far as haircut is concerned. you keep telling what sort of style you need. they will do what they know. they don't even suggest which style suits you. not a good experience at all Service: Haircut

Went this salon second time for rebonding. Amazing results. Experienced staff with exceptional knowledge of service. Fully Recommended.

They have uneducated untrained people there, they even don't wash your hairs first or comb the hairs, they will completely damage your hairs by applying first rebounding cream for 3 hours then they will suggest you keratin treatment. Don't go there if you love ur hairs. My hairs are broken from roots. Worst experience of hair treatment. And the boys are explaining that this is the best way of rebounding.

Too bad service, no one is professional, even they didn't know how to trim and bad talking behavior. They ask to submit payment in advance so no one take it back, staff is very bad and there is no girl for hair treatment all are boys and they laughing like gully boys, It's my first last Experience with Lux saloon. I will not suggest anyone to go there.

Even they Didn't know how to treat with customers. All staff are untrained and they can't handle long hair length, They trim my wife hair too much by wrong cutting and they have attitude like hell. It's not about money it's about respect. I sharing photo my wife hair cut.

Is there any option of minus rating? This saloon is giving the worst service.2 years ago, i had my hair rebonding from them. It was my bad experience. It lasted for only 2 days. Now, my sister is having same problem with their service. If you guys dont know the hair treatmnt then why r u wasting customers money. They are providing Worst customer service. Try to help people otherwise shut it down. There is no need of you guys in the market. I will upload picture of 4 th day after rebonding.
