Please do your research before choosing a life changing experience. I made the mistake of trusting the first company (HRS) based on their videos they have you watch while in the waiting room, and great sales pitch of Marshall Boyd. The procedure was VERY painful even though I was told I would not feel a thing. At one point it was so bad that I was going to have the technician stop because I was going to leave, I've had enough.
What saved me from leaving and continuing with the pain was another technician that came in and saw that I was not doing well, she stopped everything, and allowed me to walk around for several minutes. It was still painful, but I was able to finish. Recently I received a generated text message asking me to email Rachel at HRS for my 6-month checkup.
I have emailed her 5 times in the past 6 weeks and have not received a single reply. Now if a company believed in what they do, why would they not want to see their customers progress? I'm not sure if the procedure was even successful since they won't see me, but they got their thousands of dollars from me that I know.

I received PRP services following the birth of my second child. I'd been experiencing loss but was able to get amazing results with HRS. My partner ended up going in and got a transplant after seeing my results. It's only been 7 months but his hair already looks so much better! I'm recommending all my friends to this place.

I went to another clinic and the hair didn't come in right and I want to HRS and they restored my hair completely and it was the best decision I ever made. I was skeptical about going in on another procedure due to loosing volume in the back of my head but they assured me I would be good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Like 7 months ago, I had my hair transplantation process done at HRS. I've waited till now to see my result so that I could share my experience here. The process had already gone so comfortably and now I am also very satisfied with the unbelievable naturality and the density. You guys deserve a huge thank you. I'm so happy so far and looking forward to seeing my last result. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

HRS is an amazing! I have been dealing with alopecia CCCA for 7 years. One year at HRS with their platelet rich plasma treatment has given me more growth than I have seen in the 6 years prior. As a medical professional, my knowledge of hair transplants had always made me very particular about the quality of the service. I've always been looking for a perfect service which can offer the latest techniques with scientific evidence of health-friendly hair transplants. To my surprise, this company "Hair Restoration Specialists" based in Atlanta, Georgia works better than I actually expected. I am really satisfied with results and professional attitude of the staff. I just had a hair transplant to fill in my crown that after 56 years started showing some thinness at HRS of Atlanta. Included with the procedure was the PRP therapy for hair loss. The staff was amazing, Marshall and Ron were very professional and answered all of my questions. They took their time and explained everything that was going to happen.
I was quite nervous going in and soon became relaxed and their staff took care of me as If I was one of their own. The procedure takes some time from around 10 to 4 which included lunch and a ride home and there is no pain. Get ready for a buzz cut on the sides and back where they harvest all your good hair. If you have longer hair, as I did, when you are finished with the procedure it looks like an aggressive fade like the professional soccer players wear and other athletes.
I will need to get this trimmed down in a few days but that's it. I would say i am a little vain and my appearance is really important to me and if you are showing signs of hair loss go to them and not the other hair factory that I will not mention in this review. Their smear campaign of HRS is unfounded, not true and ridiculous. Give Marshal a call and get your youth back.

I started my treatments with HRS in March of 2021 and I have seen very impressive fullness in my hair. I battled with hair thinning after I had my son 6 years ago, when I finally decided to try the PRP Treatment. It was the best decision ever and worth the price. Actually it is priceless because I gained my confidence back. I am now able to wear my hair parted down the middle without having to camouflage it or wear a hat.
The staff is always knowledgeable, professional and hospitable. Anna is an amazing provider. She is very knowledgeable, calming, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She made me feel like family. I have also worked with Josh, who is also awesome.
