Love my haircut! I asked for a Bob cut & I definitely got one which I love tremendously! One that I can style it right after I wash my hair & it's cut so perfectly for my type of hair that I don't have to style again until I wash my hair again which is several days afterwards. I just fluff it up in the morning with my brush and fingers & Im ready to go anywhere! Thank you Jessica L See you soon!

I want to start by saying I don't write many reviews if any, but my awesome experience today getting haircut definitely warranted writing this. I saw Michelle to get a haircut and WOW what a great experience and perfect job. She took her time and actually listened to what I wanted. This may seem strange to hear, but in my experience not listening is a common mistake made by a lot of other hairstylists I've been to.

I live in the Dominion area, and I've tried about every salon in the area trying to get at least a good haircut. And to my disappointment I haven't until today. So kudos for a perfect combination of professionalism & perfection!

I just got the haircut of my dreams by the owner Michelle. Even though I under booked for what I wanted she went out of her way to stay 3 hours after closing time to give me exactly what I wanted. I have never had a hair stylist be so meticulous about a cut and color in my life. What she did blew my expectations out of the water and really put the pep back in my step. Highly highly recommend her and her business. I will not be going to anyone else from now on.

On my first visit Jessica did a great job. I came back a 2nd time a few months later and asked for the first person available. Pretty sure I was put with someone in training which I would have not been ok with at all. I came back and went to someone else (can't recall her name but it wasn't Jessica). I WONT be going back. Couldn't tell I even got highlights in my hair and walked out paying over $230.

I was hoping I'd realize I'd notice more after I got home but I waited a few days and washed it and nope, even worse after using my wonderful Olaplex. On top of that, my cut was awful. Just an opinion as I'm not a stylist but I don't think a good shop would let a customer leave knowing a color isn't done well and let them pay that kind of money until it looks good.

Hhow do they justify a fifty percent increase in one year! 15.00 to 28.00 for a five minute bang trim is highway robbery! And a $3.00 application fee when nothing was put on my hair! I've been a customer over ten years. Never again! Service: Bang trim

I've been here for years getting my cuts and I'm always very happy with the stylists that I get. Today Nikki cut my hair and did a wonderful job managing my thick wavy hair. Definitely recommend her! Service: Haircut
