I just called CCI BEAUTY and ordered the furniture for my new business. They are great people to do business with. They also gave me 10% discount for being returning customer by submitting picture of your business furniture photos bought from them. If you are a salon owners - I would definitely recommend to try this place. They have big warehouse with lots of variety of products. Definitely recommended by me for sure.

I had a brown chair on hold to pick up and the company went ahead and sold the chair the day before I was supposed to pick it up. Very disappointing as it took me weeks to find the right chair. The first person a told me that I could buy the display and that I may be able to get a discount and to call back and speak to another person to confirm. I called back told her I would be there to pick it up in a few days.
I confirmed that it would still be there and she said "yeah, its only a few days away so the odds of it being gone are slim." I was opening my salon suite that week and it was very important that the chair was there. Never once did she give me the option to put a deposit. We had a verbal confirmation that they would be holding it. A day later someone called in and bought the chair.
Very disappointing. Horrible customer service. They should have honored their word and told me other customer they made a mistake. Back to the grind of having to find a perfect chair in less than 1 day before having to work. Super stressful. I normally don't write reviews but this was completely unacceptable

I placed a small order with them, after a week of my order stating that it was pending, I called to ask when I could expect my order to ship. They stated that they couldn't verify my address, which is odd as fedex and UPS deliver here daily and I have never heard of there being an issue before. I asked at what point where they going to contact me to let me know that they weren't shipping the merchandise that I paid for. They didn't answer but stated they will refund my money. Either they are scammers or have horrible customer service, either way I wouldn't use them.
