Lisa is great and does her services well and I would love to continue to go their but her prices are over the top. I have a pixie haircut and I am fully platinum. My first visit was $150. I was fine with that due to it was my first visit even though I was already platinum my roots were grown out slightly & my pixie needed to be trimmed up but ok, $150. 6 weeks later went back for root touch-up and pixie trim, was charged $150 + tip again .

I paid it and left. I called again to make another appointment 6 weeks later and I expressed my concern on spending $150. I thought if I just ask since I come every 6 weeks for maintenance, if the price would ever go down. Shot down immediately by receptionist saying those fees are basic and everyone charges that amount. Now I'm 44 yrs old and I've been getting my hair done for decades.

I'm no fool to salon fees. But lately money is tight for everyone and her sassy comment and tone with me just was not what I was looking for. So be aware. I found another stylist that does the same job maybe better for $50 less than what Brava was charging me, so I was able to tip her well. My thing is if you want to keep your client base, listen to them. I'm fine with them telling me "no", it was the way she said it.

Lisa did a phenomenal job on my hair. I just moved to the area and had been with my old hair dresser for 17 plus year. Lisa made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much for taking care of my hair. It looks beautiful 10 stars

I have received so many compliments on my hair since I've had it done! I highly recommend this location. My hair feels so much healthier and softer now, and I am loving my new look! Everyone was so kind and fun to talk to! I will definitely be back soon! Thank you guys so much!

Lisa truly performs the highest quality work and has a great salon. I went to her for the first time a few weeks ago and got blonde foil highlights and she trimmed my long hair and put in a few layers at the bottom. I have been to so many stylists in the country and can say she is one of the best. She is quick but more importantly accurate. I can't wait to go back. The entire staff is so nice and courteous. So glad I found Brava!

Lisa exceeded my expectations, by far! She did an amazing job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and any concerns I had. As someone who has had nightmarish hair salon experiences, she made me feel completely comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. She did a wonderful job, and I absolutely love my hair. I love this place! Lisa does the most amazing job with my color and hair cut! I've been coming to her for years and have never had a bad experience. The Color Proof line of products that she carries have done wonders to make my hair healthy and feel fuller. Everyone at Brava makes you feel like family! Her new location in Navarre is warm and inviting and she always has the most interesting collection of accessories to shop for. I can't say enough good things about Brava!

I had such a great experience at Brava! I called yesterday thinking it was a long shot to try and get an appointment for the next day, but they called back shortly and were able to get me in that day! When I walked in I was greeted at the front by Megan. She was so sweet and welcoming! Definitely not used to that at other places I have been to. Lisa was my stylist and she was FANTASTIC!

She has so much knowledge about hair and the different techniques. She listened to exactly what I wanted! I couldn't be happier with my hair! I am so sad I found her so close to moving away. Definitely don't hesitate to try Brava out. You will not be disappointed!

This place is amazing! I went today for the first time to get my hair cut and I was blown away by the professionalism and care put into the amazing work these ladies do. I have long, thick hair and most of my hair cutting experiences have been terrible due to hairdressers rushing through to get my cut over with. Not here! Lisa was thorough and efficient, working with a coworker (Cassy I believe) to take care of mine and another patrons hair care needs.

If the people weren't enough to draw you in, the atmosphere would definitely do it. The walls are painted a warm comfortable shade, there's scent diffusers releasing relaxing aromas into the air, and they've got a variety of products from hair accessories to cute owl tote bags, adorable clothes. It wasn't just a hair cut, it was an experience that I would recommend to everyone. I will be getting my hair cut here from now on, and checking into some of the other beauty services they offer. I love Brava, and so do my friends! The salon is beautiful, the staff friendly and the in-store boutique has unique clothing & gifts. Lisa, the owner has been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She attends hair shows continually though out the year to ensure that the latest styles & hair products are offered at Brava.
