The team at Panacea is phenomenal! Booking an appointment was easy and the team is very responsive. My eyebrow wax appointment with Maggie was great - she was gentle, friendly, and created the most relaxing environment with soft lighting and calming music. I look forward to returning to Panacea Day Spa & Massage in Longwood soon for a facial!

See you in a couple weeks xoxo (I had a horrible experience at a well known & established hair salon in Winter Park that I went to for years. My hair was ruined, fell out. So I stopped going anywhere for a very long time, colored my own. But it was time to go back, give it a try. So, so happy I found Kayla! Not only super talented but an incredible human)

I have been a client of Paneca for 6+ years and cannot say enough about the five star service I receive every visit. I have a monthly membership and get a facial with Jenya who always goes the distance to meet all my skin care needs. I also go to Kayla for my hair cut and color and also get a weekly wash and blow dry from her. She make sure my hair always looks amazing before I leave her chair.
They are both just absolutely fantastic and I have never been disappointed when I leave this place. I would not go to anyone or any place else and I cannot say enough about the treatment and service they provide. I am a lifetime customer.

Had an appointment today. 2 weeks before I leave for my wedding. Discussed in brief what colors I would be looking to dye my hair. got to the appointment the Lady I was booked with (was very apologetic and nice) but explained, she doesn't do red, and doesn't have any red shades. The most significant thing I said while setting my appointment was, I have RED hair, and I want a different shade of RED.
I set the appointment a week or more ago. I get married in 2 weeks. It's a week before Christmas and no one worth while has any availability. So yeah. I wish I could give 0 stars. And I am sorry to the young woman I had the appointment with, if I seemed rude, I was literally in shock and trying not to cry. UPDATE : As you can see the owner is a real piece of work.
I am sorry I ever gave her salon a second chance. I was happy with my first appointment here, and I did leave a 5 star review, I deleted it when I wrote this one. I did NOT ask for Wedding Hair, I am having a destination wedding. So practice isn't necessary. I just asked for a color and a cut. I did mention RED on the phone, and I DID mention they had my color selection on file.
I have been happy with my hair many times in the past, but since moving to Longwood I haven't found a stylist that I love. THAT is what I said on the phone. I walked in with every intention of being a long term client. My name might start with a K, but I am no Karen.and as far as the insult about "no one dyes their hair that color" seriously? So petty.

I've been coming to Panacea for facials with Tina for 3+ years. She's the best! I had adult acne for a long time and tried all kinds of places to get it cleared. I finally had to stop searching for the place because I found her! With Tina's recommended skin care regime, I was able to improve my skin condition + take care of scars and discoloration.
She is very knowledgeable and listens to me and my concerns before recommending anything. The things she asked me to do at home are things that fit in my lifestyle and are doable. She took the time to educate me on how things work and how to be consistent. It took time and effort, but it was worth it. Tina is very professional and caring. She's the best esthetician! I always leave Panacea feeling relaxed, pampered and happy. It's really hard to find good spa in Orlando, wherever you are, it's worth the drive.

I have been coming to Panacea for more than 13+. years and we love it. I have also brought my 2 daughters and son since they were very young. They are adults now and still continue to choose Panacea We have used all their services including getting our hair and make up done for every school dance, wedding, and special occasion. We all get our hair colored (and yes my son too), make up, lashes, waxing, skin care, facials, tanning and massages.
I wonder how many people can say they have been going to the same salon for more than 13+ years. There is a reason we stay and it's because they do great work, deeply care about their clients, use excellent products, and they are affordable. My daughters BF is also now hooked
