I've never had this happen to me my mom had called and made an appointment 2 months in advance and we had wrote down our day which was may 7 and we come in on time just to be told we never made an appointment which doesn't make sense why would we make up an fake appointment daylmfao that's just the dumbest thing ever the whole experience was bad and I recommend making your appointment 3 times just to make sure they got you in

I called the salon prior to my daughter's appointment and asked if anyone had experience in cutting curly hair. I was told by stylist Coral that everyone there had experience and she could cut my daughters hair. My daughters hair was cut dry by this stylist. And took over and hour in doing so. She was then shampoo and towel dried. Afterwards the manager and another stylist praised her hair.
I was asked how it looked. I said I wouldn't know until her hair dried. I was then told that I could come back if needed. While doing my daughters hair at home. I noticed her hair was unevenly cut. And dead ends that still needed cutting. I called the salon and spoke to the owner Laurie and asked if she or someone there could correct the cut. She says no there isn't because of the "type" of curl my daughter has. (My daughter has loose almost wavy curls) And that her curls are way too tight?!
She also goes on to say that they only has experience with certain type of curls. I also asked her. why didn't the stylist say that when I brought her in? Her response was that the stylist did the best she could. I told the owner Laurie that they shouldn't say or accept clients they don't have experience with cutting. Now I'm out $60 and my daughters hair uneven.
I should have walked out of that place when I overheard a stylist unprofessionally talking badly about the client after getting off the phone with them. For cancelling an appointment. Which speaks volumes when running a business. They may not want or need any additional business. And they won't by the way they treat customers and clients. What a waste of time and money.

Was staying in town while traveling. Desperately needed a haircut & possibly a style change. Had been by this place & looked at their reviews - so decided to give it a try. Made an appointment with Coral. Told her the issues I was having with cut (& color) and she did an outstanding job with the consultation and haircut. Turned out even better than I had hoped! Made another appointment for a color next week. Also, the salon was very COVID compliant and other staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Just moved to town and needed to add "life" back to my hair. Coral is AMAZING! She remembered me from my first visit 4 years ago (haven't made it back, since), and we spent the entire session catching up and laughing. Amazing service- will definitely be back for my next appointment!

I went in and expected a two hour process which only ended up being approximately 30 minutes of pure beautiful curls. Kimberly was able to take my natural curls and perfectly arrange them into this beautiful mass at the back of my head with a small side curl that framed my face. I love it, I definitely recommend!
