Illusions Hair Designs

These people are very unprofessional. I booked an appointment may 19th for my mother and daughter to get their haircut. We wanted haircuts for the upcoming graduation. They lost our appointment. They refused to make it right. They said we had to wait over an hour to possibly get fitted in. They couldn't even guarantee that we would be fit in. My time is very valuable. My only day off is Saturday. Cetec graduation is the 10th. I don't plan on ever going back to them.

I have been highlighting my hair blonde from brown for a few years now and have acquired a lot of blonde in my hair. At the same time I have been trying to grow my hair down my back; you can imagine the disaster I created w long bleached blonde hair! Jennifer, however, from Illusion Hair Design somehow worked her miraculous miracle and transformed my long, frizzy, curly, kinky hair into beautiful, long, soft, silky hair that is soft to the touch and healthy in appearance! Jennifer did a keratin treatment, upon her knowledgeable consultation, I choose the less straight version.

I can style my hair anyway I wish these days and it looks equally good, curly, straight, wavy, my choice! The salon is truly an amazing place, all designers are highly knowledgeable of their art and a pleasure to socialize with while there. One last mention, I k kw this is very LONG. My daughter moved to California about ten years ago. Coming home at the holidays was a hi light, and almost every time she did, over those years, Illusion Hair Design always opened their door to her, at a holiday, with no prior appointment, because she was in need of her home town salon's creative work. That is a kindness and consideration unique to Cathy and her team. I will definitely continue to seek a multitudes of hair care needs from Illusion Hair Design.

Incompetent to say the least. The old lady that calls herself the owner has no professional skills. She had me waiting for over an hour after I had my appointment set in advance. I wanted my hair TRIMMED and she chopped at least 2 inches off. She didn't wear a mask after mandating that her "clients" wear one. She included the tip in the price and charged over $300 for a wash and cut.

Also all she did through out the service was talk bad about anyone that was brought up in conversation. I will not ever recommend or be returning. I haven't ever had so many issues in one place at the same time. Very sad

Sarah did my hair and it came out great! I came in with a picture and she was able to take my quarantine bright semi-permanent orange and transform it into a strawberry delight! She is an expert colorist and knows what she is doing!

I saw a girl with flawless blonde hair and had to ask her where she gets her hair done. She said illusions hair design and Sarah was her stylist. Seeing this girls hair was all the proof I needed. I needed to get my roots blonde again. I booked in advance and got my hair done today. Sarah was beyond wonderful! Perfectionist and amazing person. She did a fabulous job on my hair and was extremely reasonable priced. I highly recommend this place and Sarah!

I got a great haircut here but the hairdresser didn't comply with a single request of mine. I went in to donate my hair and requested that I keep it long and able to put in a pony tail. After taking 10 inches to donate, the hair dresser proceeded to take off 3 more inches and give me an asymmetrical bob. I am very disappointed and would never return.
