The best around! I've seen both Sarah and Kay for color/cuts and Matilda for cuts. No matter who you see they are all EXTREMELY talented! Sarah is always up on the new trends and thanks to her amazing ability to make highlights look natural I'm able to go the longest I've ever gone in between visits. She really cares about the health of your hair and will be honest with what you need. Love the overall vibe of the salon and everyone is always so nice and welcoming!

Finding a new salon after a move is always stressful and it's such a gamble to make that first appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment for a trim. Due to covid precautions, you have to call from outside and wait until they give you the all clear to go in. Just an FYI. I got in, sat down and didn't have anyone except the receptionist speak to me for about 10 min.

I was getting a little worried. I'm one of those clients that needs to feel comfortable and welcomed to enjoy my experience. But after my stylist came by, I immediately felt comfortable and definitely had a great appointment. She was really nice and we were able to instantly chat. She listened to my needs, answered some questions and I ended up taking her suggestion for a shape and style. She was very honest, which I appreciate so much. I love my new cut-- thank you! I will definitely be back in 8 weeks for my next trim!

Creative Expressions is one of the best salons I have ever been to! I have been going here for about 3.5 years now and I love it. What an amazing wonderful experience. I always travel back to NYC 5th Avenue to get my haircut. After various unhappy tries here in Massachusetts I have found my perfect fit for personalized service in a hair Salon close to my home. I am so so happy!

I would highly recommend this hair salon! The salon itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. I went here to get a haircut and colour. Sarah did a fantastic job and managed to go above and beyond my expectations. I really needed a good trim to get rid of the dead ends and after the cut my hair looked very full and healthy but still long. I wasn't sure if I would be able to dye my hair pink the first time I saw her because the ends of my hair were so bad.

Since my hair was still kind of light on the ends, she came up with the idea to put the pink dye on top rather than bleaching my hair and then doing the pink dye. It would give me a darker pink and not as vibrant as if she had bleached it first but the pink came out fantastic and very vibrant. It's still vibrant even after several washes. She also did a great job covering up the few gray hairs and colouring my hair to a darker and richer brown. Overall, amazing experience!

I've been going to Creative Expressions for years - first in Arlington and then I followed Carmen to Lexington. The salon has a great atmosphere and Carmen is an extremely talented hairdresser who is really great at handling my thick, wavy hair. I Highly recommend this salon!

Laurel is the best! I get so many compliments on my cut and color everywhere I go. She knows exactly what I want.even when I don't know how to articulate what I want! I've been going to her for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
