They do not accept credit cards and change 3.5% for use. I didn't expect that, especially when the bill is almost $250. I was not informed in advance as a New Customer, not at the check in time and either at the time when I made an appointment. The website doesn't say anything about payment methods. And on top of that instead of light brown color with ashy highlights I walked out with almost black roots and yellow highlights. One star only for cleanliness.

You guys I can't even begin to explain how in love I am with my hair. I hate going to the salons usually because I never get the results I want but thanks to My stylist Katherine I am at a loss of words, I am so In love! she can SLAY hair my hair also did not feel overly done or dry which happens everytime I go somewhere with bleaching my hair. Usually when I get a bleach done, I feel like my hair is a brick, and my scalp itches and burns the whole time, but nope not this time. i felt nothing but utterly comfortable and relaxed which that's how it should be! I just can't believe how much better my hair feels and looks. She will forever be my stylist from here on and out I HIGHLY recommend.

First professional haircut and color in many years and I could not be happier! Brittany really listened to my hopes and concerns and gave me exactly what I envisioned. As a gal with long hair, I'm always worried about a "scissor happy" stylist chopping my locks off in the sake of it being more "healthy." From beginning to end, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and I felt truly heard and respected. For anyone out there looking for a new salon, Lisa Thomas is wonderfully refreshing and high quality. 100% will return!
