I'm always happy with my hair cut and color by Jen Smith! Everyone at the salon is very friendly.

Only went into the alison Andrews part of the store. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and what a great job, on the most important part of your body your face, were first impression are made every day! Thank you Alison!

Shelly was AMAZING! I've never felt loyal to a salon or anyone doing my hair and now I will be back from now on. She asked what I was looking to do and when I wasn't exactly certain she helped ask the right questions and come up with a great plan for my haircut. Very personable and professional and knowledgeable of how to handle my hair. Absolutely in love with the end result!

By far the worst salon I've ever been to. Brittany cut all my hair off and didn't know how to style my hair, yet she never said that. Plus i was charged $78 even though I was told $48 over the phone. I was also put on hold 4 times when i called. & Brittany walked away numerous times while doing my hair to work on her next customer's hair. Don't waste your time or money.

We have used this salon on and off for my children. On the day of my daughters haircut, her stylist went home sick so she was given to another stylist. She has curly hair and many stylists are unfamiliar unless experienced. I want to publicly thank this stylist for giving my tween daughter the WORST hair cut of her life. It's like they just cut a straight line across, ruined her length and no layers. Had to get it fixed at another salon.

We will not be going back and this is not the first time bc it's a kid they have switched stylists last minute on us. Absolutely ridiculous. So many better places to go to in the surrounding areas.

Had a color today with Emma. She did an amazing job. They are reasonably priced as well. Salon was very clean too. Def doing back.

I am absolutely thrilled with Emma Z at this salon. The place is very very sanitary and careful with all of the Covid measures. Emma is young girl who has amazing skills with hair at her young age and I could not be happier with her.

*Sparkling Nails!* I have been seeing Allison for my nails for years! She really takes her time and makes sure you leave the salon feeling fabulous! I get endless compliments. If you are looking for that extra sparkle & want to try something new, Allison is who you want to see. You won't be disappointed! Book ahead because her appointments fill up!

Had my bridal hair done here, and it was an awesome experience. My stylist Sam brought me in for a trial and have me a referral discount, which was cool! We went through a couple styles before picking "the one". On my wedding day, though, my hair looked AMAZING. I have very thin, fine hair and I've never been able to do much to it aside from some curls that fell out throughout the day.

My hair stayed in place all wedding day and felt effortless. I highly recommend and will likely go back there for any hair changes or special events I have in the future. Note: attached photos are from the trial

I had my hair bleached, toned, and cut by Vera. She was honestly one of the best stylists I've ever had! My nearly black, long, and over grown roots were crazy (no one to see during the shut down), and I keep my hair bleach blonde with a t14 toner (almost white, ashy). Afraid of doing it on my own and getting "hot roots, " I booked an appointment. I'm haven't had a salon to go to since moving from NYC, so was a bit nervous about having someone new do my hair, but thank goodness I found her, and this place.

She got me in and out when I needed to bc I had somewhere to be, but wouldn't let me leave without making sure it was to her high standards, and I appreciated it so much. Go to her! She's fantastic! Everyone there was also super nice! Prices were extremely reasonable too Thank you for the great work!

I LOVE this salon. Sam just did my hair yesterday and I it! Even after sleeping on it! Natalie also has given me a few haircuts, which NEVER DISAPPOINT! I leave the salon feeling FABULOUS AND PRETTY! We deserve it, right? Damn right we do! It's been a tough start to 2020! I feel FABULOUS - go to Salon Evangelos (or even your own salon) and feel FABULOUS TOO! Sorry about the other salon comment but it's hard enough to get an appt lol

Been a client for years now. My favorite stylist of all is Lori. She stays focused and allows me to relax without small talk. She is kind and has a mild soft personality. I appreciate that so much! Shelly is also a great choice also. Stacy (with a y) is great with the kids and loves to talk. My middle schooler likes Brittany, (who also can braid). Prices for a kids cut vary by how much experience the stylist has but it is aprox $15-$17. No chairs are rented.

Love everyone I've worked with here! Emma does a great job on nails, Natalee does amazing haircuts and Sam did a wonderful job on my wedding hair. The salon was so accommodating and my hair looked perfect until I took it out 18 hours later. Thank you!

I love my new color & precision cut from Kori! A senior stylist, she never disappoints. I highly recommend her work and her great personality makes the visit that much nicer! Call her - you won't be disappointed!

What a great experience at this salon. I had a correction that needed to be made to my hair after coming here originally. I called the salon, and told them of my complaint. They squeezed me in at my convenience. Diane worked diligently on my hair with a friendly and careful manner to correct the color. She went above and beyond to make the color correction that was needed. It is great to have such good customer service, in a world that sometimes falls short in the service industry!

I Originally found this Amazing Salon-on Groupon! I was blown away-with the friendly atmosphere/service and the salon is very clean and offers so many products! I had relocated around the time, and I definitely Needed to find a new hair salon! It was Perfect! I've been seeing the same stylist since day 1! She is amazing! This is the Best-hair salon I've ever gone too! In addition they offer nail services as well!

When I came in the door and spoke to everyone. I said I have "Groupon" for my my nails and feet. The lady immediately started yelling saying she cant help me and there is no room for me. Another lady tried to intervene and said they do have space for me. But the other lady started yelling again, that they cant help me. Also if I really need it, come back after 7pm, maybe they can help me then.

It was so rude and embarrassing in front of everyone. It made me feel awful, like she was being racist to me. Then I asked can I just have a refund then, she said "you not getting a refund here, you better get it from groupon. I was the only person of color their, she made me feel horrible. I went back to my car, thinking did that just happen. This is my first time having a problem using a Groupon.

Shelly J has been my stylist for over 10 years (and three different salons!) so when it came to my big day, I knew there was only one person I wanted to do my hair for my wedding! While I know how thorough she is for my regular cuts/styles, she was extra attentive to my needs as a bride. During my trial, she spent time before even touching my hair to look at pictures of styles I had saved and talking me through exactly what I wanted done with my hair.

On the big day itself, she took my instructions and subtle changes I requested from my trial hair and created the perfect look for me. The best part was that my hair stayed in all night! If you want a stylist for your wedding (or even for your every day) I could not recommend Shelly more. She honestly cares about her clients and absolutely loves her job which always makes working with her such a positive experience.

I was satisfied with my nail job! It was my first visit for the salon, and Allison took care of me and she was friendly! Nice atmosphere and friendly girls

I had bought a Groupon for a no chip manicure and a pedicure. The woman who did it, I think her name was Chrissy, was really nice and great to talk to. But her work was just so awful. Very unprofessional. The pedicure was not great and uncomfortable. I felt like she didn't know what she was doing. Also the nail polish looks really bad. And as for my no chip manicure, some of my nails chipped right away that same day and it looked horrible, as if a child had put on the polish.

And she messed up my cuticles really bad. She even made my thumb bleed and messed up my skin all around the nails. Not only did it look bad but my nails really hurt. I had to completely remove all my polish as soon as possible and had to make sure I get my cuticles and nails healthy again. It was by far the worst place I've ever gotten a mani pedi.

I don't know if she had no experience or she just didn't care. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because she seemed like a nice person. I would never ever get a Groupon from this place. I've never gotten my hair done here, but I definitely will never try considering how horrible the mani pedi was.

I've been going to Jacqui (Jacqueline) for almost a year straight (and I drive from downtown Chicago to see her!). I can speak to Jacqui's absolutely phenomenal colorist / stylist skills. Jacqui not only has an eye for what color looks best, but customizes the look to fit your personal style. Jacqui colored my hair before my wedding and it never looked better. She's professional, personal and you'll leave feeling more beautiful than you came in. Get to Salon Evangelos and see Jacqui.

Kat did an amazing job on my no chip manicure. After having a few bad experiences at other local salons, I can say that I have finally found someone who understands what I want done(it's really simple: just trying to grow out my nails to an active length and having a no chip that doesn't chip!) My nails have never looked this good before. She knows what she is doing and does it EXTREMELY well! I will be returning to her regularly!

The people are very friendly and accommodating. Although, I asked for the ombre style hair color. I received chunky highlights that almost reached my roots, looking like overgrown highlights that I might have done on my own. In the back, there is a clear cut line of where my hair ends and the highlights begin. I'm pretty sure I had a seasoned hair stylist, as all the other employees were coming to ask her questions. That scares me about the rest of the staff. Over all, I am very disappointed and will never go back.

This review is a long time coming. I was looking for a new stylist in my area. At that time a Groupon was available for Salon Evangelos. I purchased one and called to set up an appointment for color and a cut. I was fortunate enough to be scheduled with Cory. I cannot tell you how happy I am with her expertise. Cory has been with the salon for many many years.

I have been frequenting the salon for several years an never walk out disappointed. In fact she is the BEST stylist I ever had and I am 54 years old. Cory is not only exceptional at cuts but her color technique is phenomenal. The entire staff at Salon Evangelos could not be more friendly. Thank you Groupon for leading me to this salon and most importantly Cory!

Attentive staff, great suggestions on products and style, plus a convenient location. The stylists are all seasoned and experienced veterans of the industry and take the time to ensure your expectations are met. Have been going for quite a while, will go back, would recommend for anyone.
