I went in for a Microdermabrasion.which I've had several times before in the past. It was terrible. She rushed and it felt like I was as going through a damn car wash. Thanks for charging $125.for 1/2 hr of misery. NEVER AGAIN

Clean salon, good costumer service. Unfortunately, as my first time I'm never going back. My super long hair was ruined by Audra. I showed her the model and what I got was a very very short hair not even close to what I wanted. It ruined my day! I had waited long time to get a nice mid raise hair cut and ended up with my hair trimmed so badly!

I just want to say that this place is really nice maintained, really clean, and professional environment. As soon as I walked in, I felt a warm of welcome by a friendly receptionist and Daisy. Daisy did an amazing job cutting my hair and from many years of experience, I can tell that she knows how to cut hair really well. I really love her work and I was really pleased of my haircut as well as her really nice and friendly personality. Thank you so much Daisy for taking care of me and doing a phenomenal job.

I just started going to this location and the hairstylist Daisy has been my go to girl! I hated getting haircuts and I find myself booking in advance so I can ensure I'm leaving with a great haircut. I have been leaving happy Everytime! My hair will grow back fastos that means I'll be back soon!

I appreciate the front desk for booking a same day appointment. I had not been in before and was in need of a long overdue haircut. I am unsure who I spoke with when I called, she was great and very friendly. She scheduled me with Alyssa. I have to say, after moving here in 2006, I had yet to find someone who could cut my hair on the first try. I have somewhat difficult hair. Alyssa was amazing.

She listened and talked to me about what I was looking for and delivered the most amazing haircut that I have had in a long, long time. I already scheduled my next visit and highly recommend her. The salon and spa is clean and very welcoming. In these difficult times, I felt very safe and well taken care of. Thank you Alyssa and the front desk team. I am so happy with the cut and the service given. Cheers!

Been going to Sean Patrick's salon for over 30 years. I am an incredibly loyal customer of Julie. My only complaint would be she is so popular that she is difficult to schedule with, but that just shows how loyal her following is! I feel she does a great job cutting, styling, and coloring and is a great person to converse with. Sean, the owner, is a great guy too! I highly recommend this salon!

Very Disappointing. After spending over $500 at Sean Patrick Salon, this is how my Keratin treatment looked after the first wash. Jessica Rose was very nice and I received a good cut, color and highlights. However, the Keratin smoothing treatment that I also received, did not work. When I went back to the salon to show Jessica Rose that the Keratin treatment did not seem to work, she asked for the opportunity to perform the process again.

I agreed and spent another afternoon at the salon so that it could be done correctly. To my further disappointment, the second process performed did not work either. When I called Jessica Rose to tell her, she said that the owner suggested that I come back in a third time to try some different products on my hair to try to smooth it. She stated that she had no idea why the Keratin treatment did not work.

I then stated that I certainly should not have to pay for a treatment that they were unable to perform. Jessica Rose said she couldn't do anything about it, but would talk to the owner about the situation. That was approx. 2 weeks ago. I have yet to hear back from anyone at the salon. I never received an apology for all of my wasted time, an explanation for why the treatment did not work or any sort of refund or credit for the service that I clearly did not receive.

I have been a business owner for over 25 years and I can't imagine charging a customer for a service I was unable to deliver. Sean Patrick's business procedures are very disappointing, to say the least, as they are obviously using either expired or inferior products on people's hair and they do not stand behind there services.
