First visit a couple of weeks ago (Oct 2021) was awesome! Went in for consult (first time getting hair done since early 2020 pre shutdown) and had seen excellent reviews online. Colleen was so professional and patient with my questions and hesitancy as I wasn't sure what I wanted that I felt confident to go forward with color, cut and blow dry. I am SO glad I did, it turned out perfect! Colleen is indeed a master stylist! Gianna made end result gorgeous. Nathalie is great at what she did. Products they use are wonderful. Everthing went so smoothly. Salon is clean & comfortable and I greatly appreciated their Covid safety protocols. And they are all so nice, Steve too. Will definitely be returning! Excellent experience and follows all precautions during Covid. Masks required! When I arrived, I was asked to put my coat in a bag, cell in a baggie and wash my hands. The whole staff was kind and friendly. I went in a for trim and left with amazing, beautiful curls that I didn't know I had. Colleen took her time with me and gave me tips and recommendations. Colleen and the other stylists are amazing! My hair has been strangely hard to deal with whenever I have tried going with other stylists but Colleen is the only one I have trusted with it for years. Not only are they extremely talented at what they do, but they make you feel very at home and comfortable as well. I always walk out of this salon happy with the results :

OUTSTANDING! After having a horrible experience at another nearby salon, I was lucky to find Baci's information on Yelp. Not only they accepted my last minute appointment request, but also did an amazing job fixing my hair! I am so happy with the results and I can't wait to go back for other services. It get busy really quickly, so I would definitely recommend calling ahead of time. I am sure they will be as welcoming and helpful as they were to me today!

Beautiful place, great value, the best hair colorist I have ever met. This Salon is a gem. I get compliments all the time about my hair. They use top quality products and my hair has never been healthier. Love my extensions. It's a Hair Salon, like Steel Magnolias meets Hollywood.

Colleen consulted with me about what I wanted in a haircut thoroughly and thoughtfully, and made a recommendation, taking into account my lifestyle and ability to maintain my "coiffe" - relatively low maintenance with options for styling. She gave me an updated classic Bob, cutting several inches of lank, lack-lustre hair that had been relegated to a ponytail or an updo for several months! Colleen, her stylists, and staff were very warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease.

Two other women who were there had a loyal relationship with the Salon, and were very complimentary. I was given sample sachets of products as I checked out. What a relief not to be put on the spot and "up-sold" on products. I made an appointment for next time! I'll be returning for some of the other services they offer, before that.

I have been going to Baci Salon for over a year and have had great experiences. You immediately feel welcomed and are taken care of right away. This salon is a privately owned salon that genuinely cares about their clients. My hair has never been healthier and my color always looks great. I get many compliments on my hair. I was amazed how far some of the clients drive to have Colleen take care of them but now realize that the level of service that is provided is well worth the travel time. Your services are streamlined to your needs and there are never shortcuts taken. Plenty of free parking also.

Don't get me wrong as far as ambience and stylist knowledge I'd say that this salon is shear-ly fabulous. Colleen is a color maven and blow dries hair so straight that it would make an afghan hound weep with tress envy. During my visit, I asked for a deep chocolate hue with cherry undertones. I certainly received it and was proud as a peacock as I swished my "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful" hair as I sashayed out the door. Sadly, this ginger washed her hair in the shower a few days later using color safe shampoo and rising in cooler water to view a crismson waterfall pouring from her do.

My towel and bathturb then resembled a CSI scene. My color is still washing out, but not as dramatically with each wash. Colleen's salon is moderately priced for the area, but any time you shell out your hard earned dough you expect that you color will not wash out and stain towels every time you suds up. I'd also like to mention that it has not even been three weeks and I am seeing major grey roots that "scream look at me" next to the deep cherry color. Unfortunately, I can say that this salon will not be receiving anymore of my bacis (Italian for kisses) anytime soon.

I drive about 30 minutes to get to her shop and it is worth my time. The shop is cozy and comfortable and the staff is great. Nice head and neck massage too. I highly recommend that you give Baci a try!

Baci was my third different attempt to find a new stylist/salon in the past 4 months. When I arrived I was immediately extremely pleased with the surroundings: beautifully decorated, spacious, contemporary and homey at the same time - very relaxing. Colleen and Irena were both very friendly and Irena gave me a great cut and style. I booked a second appointment right then and there! I was very pleased, even was offered wine and healthy snacks! A great first experience.

I recommend this place to everyone. I was searching everywhere for a stylist who understands my needs and listens to what I am looking for. I am so glad I found Baci Salon. During my consultation visit Colleen explained step by step what has to be done to make sure that I am done with great result. Thank you, Yelp! Because of you I found Colleen and Baci Salon. Colleen is a genius at both styling and coloring; a combo not easily found. My hair has NEVER looked this good. People think this is my natural color. The five minute massaging shampoos are just the cherry on the sundae, as are all the wonderful staff. Cheers!

Baci Salon is perfection and I highly recommend it! I will definitely not be going anywhere else. Whether you are just getting a touch up or going for a new look Baci is the place to go! I came in for a pretty drastic change. I had a balayage and lob cut done by Iryna, while getting about 15" of hair cut off. I absolutely love it! I've cut my long hair short before and I can honestly say I've never loved it coming out of any other salon. Iryna took her time perfecting the balayage and my layered lob. Layering my thicker, short hair is what other salons have failed at.

It always seems to look choppy and not well blended, but Iryna took her time blending my hair. (I've been to my fair share of high end salons and experienced stylists with no luck.) Iryna went above and beyond. She not only let me leave the salon loving my hair but gave me styling tips and advice on products to use for my new do. Sometimes hair changes can make you nervous but if you come to Baci there is no reason to be. You are in good hands!
