I made an appointment for 6 pm and kellie didn't honor the time and when I said I would like to reschedule she says "cancellation fee is charged" very rudely charged my card for No Service and walked away I'm sure she has a bias against minorities I will never go for nails with kellie

My stylist was the right amount of professional and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and did as I asked. My perm looked great. I'm going back!

Very clean and bright space. My tech Monika was great. FYI: Monika does not work for Amici's directly, she rents space in the salon; so her prices are different from what is listed on Amici's site, and she only takes cash. Plan accordingly.

Worst experience ever. Asked for small highlights, the hairdresser bleached my hair and the highlights were super big, chunky pieces, super orange and patchy. Told her I wasn't happy with the result, so she bleached my hair again and it still was brassy with chunky pieces. I told her I don't like how my hair looks she went to tell me there is nothing else she can do about it.

Finally after two weeks the owner called me back and offered to dye my hair back to my natural color. Crying in dark fried hair rn . I don't know how to reply to your response, but I showed her the picture of what I want and the pieces were not chunky at all. The front of my hair did not have any color; just the back. I don't know how to include pictures here but I can show you how my hair looked like after she finished.

A delightful place to get a highly professional cut along with conversation that's seasoned with humor and sagasity. Cost is reasonably tender on pocket book or wallet. Moreover, well organized and efficient scheduling of appointment with reminder option available.

It was my first time at Amici and I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with the service! I went to get my nails done and Kellie did an amazing job, she knew exactly what I wanted and was excellent at her work. She is very friendly and amazing. Loved how they were all so professional. I'm definitely coming back to get another set.

I've always had a short conservative haircut until COVID19 hit. I decided to grow it long and have been struggling with it and wondering if it's a good fit for me. I've consulted a number of professionals but none have been very helpful. I went in the day before he left for vacation and the salon was extremely busy. Frank is decidedly skilled and gifted and demonstrated the ability to listen and really hear my concerns and what I want. I didn't feel rushed and he was generous with his time. I left educated and with a plan. He's my guy!
