Definitely wouldn't go back. Their front desk reception alone was so rude and gave me mis information. Over priced and the staff is cold. The stylists are very catty to one another and the guests. I don't think they realize we can hear them. When one guest leaves they talk horribly about them and act like no one can hear. These poor women think they're best friends with their stylist but they all gossip constantly.

The environment is negative. You need to watch what the stylist is doing and check up during the cut. Everytime I've gone I've left with something entirely different. Time for a new salon for me

I decided to go back and give this salon a Try again. Suffice to say, never again. Went To MZ and the color was So dark she had to fix it. The cut was awful. They are priced on the high side, and offer little if no customer service. Just a generally unfriendly and not accommodating salon. Notice I did not specify names or other specific shortcomings, but 5 weeks later and a good haircut, I was still compelled to comment on my experience.

Love my cut and color. Sasha did a beautiful job and I am already scheduled for my next appointment! Great staff, pleasant and professional from the minute you enter the salon.

I have had the best experience at Bellezza Salon. I would never go anywhere else. Olivia my stylist is absolutely incredible. She listens to what you what and takes her time with not only me, but every client. Whenever I have a hair crisis I can reach out to her and shes answers and comes to my hair rescue. If you want your hair looking amazing every time please see Olivia, you wont regret it.

I have been going to Bellezza Salon since they opened. I have been to almost every stylist and have had an amazing experience every time. Today I had an appointment Natalie. She colored my hair, gave me a cut that worked best for my face shape, and was awesome. I trust her to do my hair, working her magic to make me feel beautiful. Also, she recommended awesome products that work best with my hair.

The owner, Jocelyn is extremely friendly, spending a few minutes catching up with me during my appointment. The salon was extremely clean, sanitized, and practiced social distancing. With everything going on in the world, this salon is professional, creates a relaxing and luxurious experience even with restrictions that are currently in place. I am so proud to be a client here and have my appointments booked every 7 weeks.

If you want to feel beautiful, and have a stylist who will not only take time to get to know your hair but you, this is the place! Thank you to everyone at Bellezza Salon you guys are absolutely awesome!

As a former employee of Bellezza Salon I not only trust the expertise of all the stylists here but there dedication to their education as well. I am very particular with my hair and I don't let many people touch it, specially after having bad experiences in the past with other salons. Today I came in with Misha and told her I needed a change along with wanting to feel brighter over all.

She not only exceeded my expectations but made me feel like I was sexy and beautiful again! I was so happy I couldn't wait to go out and show off my new look thanks to her! I highly recommend Bellezza Salon in Warren and all the fabulous stylists who are apart of it!

I went to Bellezza Salon for the first time. I'm new to the area so went to their website and looked at all the stylists' bios and decided to choose Barbara since she had many years of experience which also happened to be the most expensive one. I made a mistake of asking her advise about a little different hair cut thinking that she could offer an experienced view.

The whole hair cut didn't take much time which by itself was alarming. She blew dry my hair which in the first hour can cover up the haircut flaws. Now that it's not as fluffy, I can see the horrible lines. I'm thinking of going to another salon to possibly correct it which probably means cutting it much shorter and wait for a while for my hair to grow back. I will never go back!

Wonderful salon, you really feel like family! Barbara is my go-to here! She cut my hair when I donated (16inches) and totally transformed my look! I went back a couple months later for some natural balayage! The last time I went to get my length cut, she told me she was recently certified to do a calligraphy cut using a new tool, and it turned out great!

It made my hair lighter & more bouncy! I go back every month for a quick bang trim! Worth every penny to go here & have the peace of mind that your stylist is up on the latest trends & will make you look fabulous! Thanks Barbara, see you again soon!

Love this salon! I work with Silvia & she is fabulous! The team is extremely knowledgeable & kind. They take very good care of you. I always leave extremely satisfied & feeling beautiful! I have been a client of Maria Martinez's for close to 20 years now. She has by far the best talent when it comes to hair that I've ever seen and it shows by just how long I've been going to her. My entire family goes to her and we wouldn't have it any other way! She has literally become a part of the family! She's taken my hair through many different phases and colors and every single time, it exceeds my expectations. Bellezza Salon is Home to us and all the stylists and assistants are fantastic. Maria Martinez is the best colorist and stylist I have ever been to. She gets my color right every time and nobody can blow my hair out as well as she can. Her bubbly and funny personality is a super plus. I look forward to seeing her every 6 weeks! I also want to mention that Natasha and Brita work the front desk. They are professional, helpful, and friendly. Sam, Michelle, Misha, and Olivia, and others are wonderful assistants! So happy to have Bellezza so close!

I have been to many salons to try to find someone that could do my hair the way they Thought would look best as well as wanting me to be happy with the way it looked. I walked into the salon and Barbara was very professional. She gave me her suggestions and did a fabulous job. The salon is very warm and friendly and Barbara is an amazing hairstylist.

She has cut and colored my hair and I couldn't be happier. She is truly the best. The salon is an upscale salon with the newest and hottest techniques available. I'm excited that they will be offering calligraphy cuts in the very near future.

Maria Martinez is probably one of the best hair dressers out there! This is truly her passion in life and you can see it with all of her enthusiasm when she consults and works with each of her clients. She wants all of her clients to walk out of the salon feeling happy and confident in themselves. I have been going to her many years (almost 20 years) and can truly say I trust her 100%.

She does an amazing job with colors and has never over processed or destroyed my hair. She does an amazing job with color corrections as well (had to do this after I let a friend do my hair, lesson learned). She knows how to work with all hair types! You will not be disappointed!

She is so incredibly talented and truly passionate about hair. Maria is always learning the new hottest trends to bring to her clients. I have been going to stylist Danielle for about 3 to 4 years now and have never left unsatisfied or for something I did not ask for. She is always in high demand, so book in advance! I have referred numerous friends to her who leave with nothing but positive things to say. That being said I have yet to go to any other salon since!

Bellezza is a great salon and everyone who works there is always so friendly. I went to a lot of salons in the past and I always left unhappy hating my hair. I have been going to Liliana for years now and I know I can trust her to do anything to my hair and I will always leave happy. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and really takes pride in her job. I will always recommend Bellezza!

I had a very upsetting experience at this salon. I called twice about booking an appointment for Olaplex hair treatment as was told they do the treatment. I met with a hairdresser prior to the treatment and spoke in detail that I wanted step one and two and would purchase step 3 to take home. She verbalized understanding. After the shampoo girl applied the product I noticed the bottle said "smartbond" not Olaplex.

I told her that I specifically came for the Olaplex and questioned why she used the other product. I was finally told that the salon does not do the Olaplex treatment. I was lied to 3 times! I complained to the manager who told me the treatments are the same. I can't believe they would do this to me! I have been working on my hair for the past year and after much research and consultations with hair dressers the olaplex seemed to be the best for me. Never going back! Watch out for this place!

Ive been going to Sara at Bellezza Salon for the past few years and I am EXTREMELY happy with my hair! Sara is the best when it comes to blondes. Every time I get my balayage touched up, I get numerous compliments and end up sending more people over to her! I've had plenty of bad experiences with other salons in the past, and I am always impressed with the quality of service that she (and the rest of the staff at Bellezza!) offers. Thank you, Sara!

STAY AWAY FROM SARA! Came for a color correction, left with overly bleached, unnatural, and extremely damaged hair. I'm devastated. Sara insisted I don't use olaplex, and at that point I should have known better. Update: I asked for a refund (which they acted as if it was some sort of courtesy when they destroyed my hair!) but they were very rude about it so I'm going to just leave this review here.

In the past two months I've spent $2000 trying to fix what she did with my hair, with very a pricy color correction, treatments to restore the health, and many, many haircuts. I had to remove 3-4 inches of damage immediately after the first treatment, and it is still damaged. Very bitter and I will be for a long time after what she did for a quick buck.

Always the best! Jocelyn is fantastic and her staff is top notch! They always make you feel welcome when you come in the door. I think Jocelyn is part magician because she definitely works magic for me!

I am as well very picky about my hair, and do not trust many. I can honestly say I have never walked out of this salon unhappy with my color and cut. Nikki is by far the best stylist I have been to (she is in high demand make sure you book an appointment). Everyone that I have encountered has been so friendly and accommodating. Great atmosphere and very kid friendly. I for sure, won't be going anywhere else.

Went here for the first time today! Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Got partial highlights & they came out great! A little pricey for me for a hair cut so I'll probably keep to my usual spot but for color I will only go here.
